Description

Find files, news, sites and people - personalized for you and your organization. SharePoint infuses AI into the mobile app experience to keep you focused and productive while on the go. AI builds an understanding of what you work on, how you work, and how your colleagues' work relates to you. When you need expertise, content, or resources when you're on the go, SharePoint is a great place to start looking.   · Browse your sites, files, people and more to get back to what you were working on  · Use search to find and discover important content · Access your personalized view of team sites, communication sites, and news posts  · Tap on a user to get to their contact card and see who they work with and what they are working on · Create news posts on the go and share your updates, reports, status, and experiences with your team · Sign in to your SharePoint sites, whether they're in the cloud or on-premises. The app works with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server versions 2013 and higher · Add multiple accounts, and easily switch between them   What people are saying:   The SharePoint mobile app has been featured in TechCrunch, The Verge, ZDNet, PCWorld and Computerworld.   Over 2 years of app store reviews: "making collaboration easier than ever!!""" "keeps me connected with my office documents and coworkers" "seamless integration with other Office apps" "it's so easy and simple to use!!"   Note: To sign in to SharePoint, your organization needs to have an Office 365 subscription that includes SharePoint Online or an on-premises SharePoint Server. This app is provided by Microsoft. Clearly this app wasn’t designed by qualified IT personnel. Hats off to Microsoft for leaving the important stuff to its DEI staff .

Kinda works, Microsoft integration is the real reason we use it, bugs all over the place. Right now, every time I exit a video I get sent to the home directory instead of the folder that video was in and I need to transit the entire file tree to find the next video

It’s nearly impossible to collaborate with people on documents using Microsoft products. I never seem to know if a document is in SharePoint or OneDrive. It doesn’t make sense to have both.
  • The MOST confusing platform I’ve ever used…

Dropbox and even Google drive is better than this. Simple organization flows make no sense on the layout. Pages is dumb and just another name for “main folder”. Pointless to rename “folder”. Sending a link should take 2 seconds. 1. “Share link” 2. “Private or public” 3. Copy/clipped SharePoint is 4 steps and 15 seconds. Dropbox is simpler and WAY more user friendly. Don’t recommend. I only keep it because my company changed from Google drive. 19/20 people regret switching but now were too deep.

I click on a file to open and all I see is a grey screen with “downloading “ in the middle. Five minutes later, it still won’t open. Fix it! I can’t work like this.

Takes too long to access when given security
  • Do not upgrade to version 4.54.2. Total garbage of an app.

The app never loads. After accepting authenticator credentials it says “setting up account” and crashes. Amazed that a corporation as big as Microsoft hires incompetent programmers for this app.
