So I am writing a book series on word and I’m currently on the second book. I normally type of my computer but sometimes I’m have an idea that pops into my head so I download the phone app to do so and I didn’t know when to start a new chapter because I was unsure if the chapter had enough pages to finish it so I had to wait til I could get my computer and look and add the correct paragraphs and spacing overall I recommend getting this app on computer but not mobile.

I’d like to be able to open multiple documents at the same time. Prior to a recent update, I was able to open documents side by side on my iPad, but now I have to toggle and it’s so irritating.

I’m not sure if it’s the most recent release from Microsoft or Apple, but I am having a devil of a time getting my Microsoft files accepted onto my iPad.

  • The Amount of Times it Doesn’t Save Work is ASTOUNDING

Mostly convenient until, oops, I’m three hours into a paper, one that I have exited in and out of, one that AUTO SAVE IS ON while I’m working on it, and OOPS, it didn’t save three hours of work. I’ve had whole pages of work disappear. There is no pattern to this horrible glitch, there is no reason, it isn’t like I was going from someone else’s WiFi back to my home internet and maybe we lost service in between. Nope. None of this. Just out of no where, it decides to eliminate hours, HOURS, HOURS of work. There is no accessing it anywhere. When you look up the info on the file, it picks some RANDOM time that it last saved. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ME. In fact, I had a ten page document printed out and had my husband proof it, and he asked, “Where’s the rest, it seemed to have ended mid-sentence.” And oh, would you look at that, all that work on that chapter of a book vanished. I couldn’t even tell you when. That leaves me double and triple proof-reading everything to make sure it saved ANYTHING. But here we go, the super cool, non-saving auto-save feature just eliminated three hours of work right before my very eyes today. Seemingly for no reason. Work from last night that bled into today’s three hour work session-gone. GONE.
