Everything is good but the only thing that’s driving me crazy is whenever you switch between different email accounts you have to scroll all the way up from the very bottom of the mail list. I checked filter by tab its set to filter by date and “newest on top” but apparently those filters not working

I was first introduced to MS Outlook when I was hired in the USAF. Now that I am a veteran, I can’t imagine not using it! Life is manageable when I use it! Thank you for the founder and developer of this amazing app!

Outlook is my favorite email platform! Love the focused and other tabs and all of the way to organize my emails.
  • Non-native text engine

Outlook for Mac doesn’t recognize the macOS system-wide text replacements I’ve set up (via System Settings > Keyboard > Text). I understand this may be due to Outlook using a non-native text engine, but it’s a significant disruption to my workflow. Please consider improving compatibility with macOS conventions to support these shortcuts.

I have been a microsoft user for about 9 year now, I love it but I don’t understand why the Mac OS version is somehow always not up to the latest version, windows version is 10X better, however I am tied to this Mac for their battery life, but do not get me wrong this version is easy to use and fast and I would say that for 95% users it will get the job done, I love the ‘ focused’ tab and I love the new look, this app is the ultimate email manager for MacOs, x5 time better than Apple email app. You can’t go wrong with this one but be aware that you need a Microsoft subscription/license if you want to experience no ads.

I am a huge fan of Outlook for the MacBook and I’m super grateful that Satya made outlook free for MacBook back in the day. If you don’t have this app already, you need it!
  • OK, except notifications on MacOS

I’ve used Outlook email in a Chrome browser for years. I just installed the Outlook app for MacOS, and now I can actually read emails which showed up in very small font in the browser, because I can control the text size and the zoom. However, the notifications seem kind of dumb. I have Outlook on my iPhone, and the badge shows the Unread count for my Focused inbox only. That is exactly what I want. On MacOS, the Unread count seems to include my ‘Other’ folder in the inbox, which is not at all what I want. (The Other vs Focused inbox is super helpful).
