I'm having issues when creating an event in the outlook calendar. "Address Options" do not populuate and the actual address is not hyperlinked at all. In other words, I should be able to start typing a location (name, address, etc) and it should give me options but it does not. It works on my iphone but not on my macbook. Very frustrating, given I'm working om y macbook not my iphone.

I cannot even auto-populate the email addresses of some of my saved contacts.
  • No Change: Outlook for Mac Is Still Garbage--Worse at 11.25.2024. Worse at 2.1.2025.

I constantly identify additional deficiencies in the functionality of the program. All aspects -- mail; contacts; etc.
  • Can't find "focused inbox" in the app

I love the "focused inbox" but for some reason I only see that when I access my outlook email via the browser. I can't figure out how to use that setting inside the app. Other than that it is perfect though.
  • Outlook Classic is the way to go

Outlook Classic is a champ. Outlook New is trash. I can’t say enough good things about Outlook as an email client. I can’t complain enough about Outlook new and its lack of capability and waste of space on my computer. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it - looking at you Microsoft.

I've used Outlook and MS Office for the past 20 years.Always satisfied with their robust products and now outlook being online is the best, you get the same or better quality email client without having to install software onsite.

  • Good luck finding and support

I hope you realize that Microsoft support is virtually nonexistent and if you run into an issue expect to spend countless, fruitless hours trying to resolve even the simplest of issues.
