  • Font size should be easily customizable

It should be easy to zoom the view of the entire window pane, but it’s not. I don’t want to send a 20 font email, but I want to view the font in a larger size. And I want to view all sections of the window pane in a larger size. It’s not intuitive.

Simply too many Sync issues with outlook and Mac. Inconsistency with the app and Mac, files, emails and more.

In my experience, it works essentially the same as outlook on windows products, with a few things just being harder to find. Mostly extra features, such as signatures and themes. But
  • No Longer Includes Spelling and Grammar Settings

The Spelling & Grammar settings have completely disappeared from Outlook with no warning and no documentation. I guess they needed to remove critical app functionality to make room for another useless, obnoxious Copilot button.
  • Great For Both School & Work

I am able to balance the emails I receive from work and the ones I get from school. This is great balancing both my work email and school email. I don’t have to log out to login into another account. It’s all here in one place. It’s great and I love the customization I can do with it.
