  • Why haven’t they fixed this?

They broke the app with the makeover a couple months ago and have yet to fix it.
  • Worst update

Since they did an update, hasn’t been working properly. Camera upload needs more time, not working on background app refresh. It crashes frequently.
  • Sync and Search fail

First, the sync issues: The app refuses to sync. I added files to OneDrive from my laptop a week ago; they still do not appear in this app. My laptop says they are synced, I can access them from a browser, and people I’ve shared them with can access them. Yet this app still thinks they don’t exist. Second, search: the search function absolutely doesn’t work. I’ve searched for files and folders I know exist only to get “no results”. So I’ve tested it and as I’m looking directly at a file on the app, I search for that exact file: “no results” despite the file clearly being right there! Inability to sync or search makes this app *literally* useless. They royally screwed up the app in the last redesign for what benefit? So the menu icons are at the top and the search bar at the bottom? That’s it. Was it worth it? Thankfully my subscription is near renewal so I can finally just ditch this service.
  • Search is totally useless

OneDrive search is becoming more and more useless. There is no way to search quickly and find your files from 1TB of data. Really bad!
  • Never loads my files

Every time I try to use this app, it tries to load the files for about a minute and closes the app. It is not my connection since everything else on my phone works perfectly

The file sharing popup doesn’t follow the system appearance (dark mode). Using OneDrive for Business.

When in landscape mode, images don't display full-screen, always leaving black bars at the top and bottom. Double-tapping to zoom also brings up a menu, making it easy to accidentally hit the delete button. In portrait mode, images aren't centered vertically on the phone screen. I've reported this to Microsoft, but they always claim they can't reproduce the issue. I've provided videos and screenshots, yet they still say they can't replicate it. It's a terrible user experience, and the development team shows no desire to improve.
  • Recent updates buggy

The most recent updates only show some data not all. I have to go online to see all files / folders. Only occurs on iPhone, iPad. Used to work until a few weeks ago when I saw data magically disappear on the app, but we’re still online. Until fixed almost unusable on apple.

New version brought bugs such as files not showing up, skipping during playback of audio, and unavailability of offline files.
