  • MS Breaks Stuff Again

This app had so much potential to be useful and MS just decides to wreck it. When was the last time Microsoft has successfully built a replacement for Microsoft Access in the modern era? This is the entire reason why companies like Airtable and Notion pop up. Just make a multi user database app please? Is that so hard?

I truly enjoy using this app on mobile — it’s incredibly convenient for business travelers and perfect for quick access to work files on the go. Seeing the retirement notice for November 2025 is genuinely disappointing. Will this functionality continue within Microsoft 365 as an integrated feature or plug-in? I would really prefer for the mobile app to remain available; transitioning everything to another web-based platform is both time-consuming and disruptive.

We use the Lists app every single day for our business. It works ‘much’ better than the browser version. Not even comparible. We use the Lists app on all our devices. Please don’t discontinue this app!

We use the iPhone app all the time and find it to work wonderfully for our business! Please do not turn it off in November. The team’s version is not even close to the app.

Microsoft: do NOT get rid of this mobile app. It is sooo much better than the browser version on mobile. The browser version is terrible. Lists has a LOT of potential and a nice mobile app is a key element.

This app may be quirky but it is light years better than the web view. Please do not end this app as it is used for EASY access to lists. Web view on a phone is USELESS due to your mandatory header and footer.
