  • Slow and clunky

It’s so slow. I’ve been using it for years and it just gets heavier and clunkier. I expect to be able to open it and make a quick note and I’m often waiting forever for it to load.
  • Adequate, but room for improvement

Great for what it does, but could be tweaked, most notably by adding the set reminder capability into the right click menu. It seems an obvious oversight.
  • Great app Apple products plus windows

This app works great if you use windows and apple products is the biggest reason I rate this 5 stars. You can even put a shortcut on your Lock Screen on your iPhone to add things quickly. Also how you can add additional information on your notes that you can see when you click on it. You can use more than one Microsoft account. For me this is handy because I use one Microsoft account for work and one for personal. This way I can have the notes from both work and personal or you can share lists with a friend or another employee.

I followed ro-ka instructions in their review from Jun 24, 2025 and the broken useless app worked again. Thank you ro-ka. Dissapointing that we have to do this
  • Microsoft weirdness

For some strange reason, when flagged emails show up in Tasks, the date of the email is always December 31, 2001. This is true for any email that I flag. The app itself is not very intuitive.
  • Severely lacking

The iOS app locks up frequently on both my iPhones and the Windows and MacOS apps are both severely lacking when compared to what is available in Outlook Tasks in Windows and MacOS (the Windows version being the better of the two) or many other offerings. My fear is that this will eventually replace Tasks in Outlook when we’re finally stuck with the “new” Outlook.

  • NEEDS improvment... crashes every time I use it

I’ve been using this back when it was Wunderlist since ’13. Microsoft took over, finally they updated it to have ability to Duplicate lists but the app crashes constantly on my iPhone 13. I update the app almost every time but same thing. Just randomly crashes when using sublists. Yes, I have a ton of data and lists because I’ve used it for over a decade (hence why I don’t want to migrate to a more capable app) but you’d think by now the bug would have been fixed.

it's great that you can add things directly from outlook by flagging them. but you can't make due dates on sub-items. this makes it really hard to plan longer-scale projects. Why do you make things so difficult, microsoft?

Keeps all your tasks in line and notify you you can make it sync to you’re apple calendar and reminders list. It helps me so much when I need to remember to do things or have any kind of list you can make. To keep you on track I recommend getting this app.
