Description

Microsoft Planner requires an eligible Office 365 work or school subscription. This app does not support Office 365 personal accounts (for example: [email protected] or [email protected]). If you are not sure about your company’s subscription or the services you have access to, please contact your IT department. Planner provides a simple, visual way to organize teamwork. Planner makes it easy for your team to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress. -- Organize work visually -- Each plan has its own board, where you can organize tasks into buckets. You can categorize tasks based on their status or on whom they’re assigned to. To update the status or change assignments, just drag and drop tasks between columns. -- Visibility -- The My Tasks view provides a comprehensive list of all your tasks and their status across all your plans. When working together on a plan, team members always know who is working on what. -- Collaborate -- Built for Office 365, Planner lets you work together on the same tasks, attach captured photos directly to them, and even have conversations around tasks without switching between apps. With Planner, all your team’s discussions and deliverables stay with the plan and don’t get locked away across disparate applications. -- Works across devices -- Planner works across all your devices. And with Planner, everyone is always on the same page. Continue conversations and updates tasks while on-the-go or at your desk. Works great and is seamless between my computer and devices. This app is my primary task list tool.
  • Personal Account Access Not Available

I used Planner at work for a few years and found it great for things I worked on. Was really looking forward to continue using it with projects within our club. Needless to say, I have been quite disappointed with the requirement to have a work or college subscription/account. Planner not being available at all and Teams being so severely capability-limited in the personal account arena is such a waste.
  • Buggy and unreliable

Shame. Cannot create a new plan. Paying for a higher tier resolves in a constant message stating the account is updating. Support does not resolve issues.
  • Needs Improvements

I’m converting my department to planner and it’s a good tool but could use several improvements such as: 1) needs ability to designate certain users for view only - ability to view information in task and charts 2) unable to sort buckets in alpha/numerical order 3) security of tasks - very easy for mistake to occur eg another user accidentally selecting task as completed. Recommend that person assigned task can only edit/complete 4) when there are multiple buckets, it would greatly help when a filter is applied to hide the other buckets that are not applicable 5) needs a undo button 6) back up data without losing information. As a work around, I have been downloading it into excel, but the excel download is not as organized as I hoped for. For example if a task has multiple checklist items, it is not in the same order as originally listed - imagine with 20 checklist items 7) Microsoft power automate - needs more triggers such as person deleting a bucket, changing label. Also needs ability to copy task 8) less functions are available when using a tablet (iPad) and cellphone (iPhone). For example, deleting task/bucket not available; if there are multiple buckets, unable to use charts to view, whereas the computer version allows you to flip to next page. 9) after the organizer creates a plan, then shares it. Deleting the plan is no longer as easy with a simple button.

This could be must better if the data was stored locally and migrated to backend. Being in a building with weak cell signal or not connected makes this useless. With apple reminders holding about the same amount of features also being available without connection makes reminders a much more suitable option for my use.

    自己创建的Project,竟然在app上找不到,通过连接跳转过来也看不到. 发布之前都不做基本的测试吗?
  • Poor integration

I so wish that this app integrated easily with Microsoft To Do and Outlook. Alas, tasks from To Do and Outlook don’t readily migrate to Planner, making this mobile app almost useless.

I have a whole list os stuff under a plan and it hasn’t synced to my phone so I can’t add to it or even see it! So frustrating when you’re trying to use an app to increase efficiency.
