Description

Microsoft Planner requires an eligible Office 365 work or school subscription. This app does not support Office 365 personal accounts (for example: [email protected] or [email protected]). If you are not sure about your company’s subscription or the services you have access to, please contact your IT department. Planner provides a simple, visual way to organize teamwork. Planner makes it easy for your team to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress. -- Organize work visually -- Each plan has its own board, where you can organize tasks into buckets. You can categorize tasks based on their status or on whom they’re assigned to. To update the status or change assignments, just drag and drop tasks between columns. -- Visibility -- The My Tasks view provides a comprehensive list of all your tasks and their status across all your plans. When working together on a plan, team members always know who is working on what. -- Collaborate -- Built for Office 365, Planner lets you work together on the same tasks, attach captured photos directly to them, and even have conversations around tasks without switching between apps. With Planner, all your team’s discussions and deliverables stay with the plan and don’t get locked away across disparate applications. -- Works across devices -- Planner works across all your devices. And with Planner, everyone is always on the same page. Continue conversations and updates tasks while on-the-go or at your desk. If you choose to take a photo to attach to a Planner task, the app will request permission to access your Camera app.

Allow me to choose settings like task row height, switch to table view, etc.

Very close to perfect but why can’t I edit notes, checklists directly after opening a task card? Why do we have to open a redundant drop-down list that is smaller and less efficient than making edits on the card directly? Other than that this works great and is exactly what you need to manage projects.

This app is so slow it’s lead me to start looking at alternative apps. Also why can’t you use personal emails with this app???? So stupid

Microsoft can and should be better than this. I doesn’t connect to Tasks and it doesn’t allow flexibility in field naming and creation.
  • Well.. it WAS working.

Updated to the latest version today. Up until this point the app worked flawlessly for what it does, albeit minimalistic I do appreciate having a dashboard for all my ongoing projects in once place. Today, after updating, every time I go to add, modify, or delete a task I keep getting an error “you either no longer have access to this item, it has been deleted, or you have exceeded a service limit.” Right now I have one Plan set up, with 204 of 285 Tasks completed. I tried deleting old tasks to free up memory but still get the same error and the app totally geeks out. This version is broken for iOS and iPadOS as I’ve attempted both.
  • Please improve

Please make it where I can check notifications and tasks that were changed in the app not just on email.
