All other email app when you open them they display all emails in your inbox box. Outlook uses the Focus and Other toggle. You have to switch between the two to look at all of your emails in the inbox.

Widget no longer works in the latest version. Email history only goes back a few months, therefore cannot see pinned email from longer time ago unless search explicitly.

  • Yet another update that does not fix the problems with the Outlook App

Why won’t Microsoft fix the outbox problem with the Outlook App? The problem is that if you schedule an email to send on your desktop outlook, it is not visible anywhere in the outlook mobile app. It can only be viewed/sent from the outbox folder on a desktop. It’s a problem because delayed delivery emails often never deliver, especially if you’re not on your desktop outlook when it is scheduled to send. People have been complaining about this issue for years, and I have never seen a solution, or even an attempt at a solution. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
