  • Constant login

Wouldn’t mind the app except it constantly makes me login. When I go to do so it then, without fail, tells me my account is locked because the password was entered wrong too many times. I then reset my password. Try again with the NEW PASSWORD I CREATED A MINUTE BEFORE, to then have it repeat I can’t login because too many attempts to login with wrong password.

Easy to navigate and great functionality. Learning curve is very straightforward.

Disappointed CCK was unable to help with my claims I believe there wasn’t enough back pay available for them to take my case. They were veery prompt and professional in all conversations.
  • Multiple attachments

Not being able to add multiple attachments at a time to an email from the OneDrive is very frustrating. Not only that, when I need to attach something else, it makes you go all the way through the folder tree instead of remembering the last folder location. This is the only thing keeping me from using the iPad as my go to work device. I'd love to see some improvement on this.

It is hard to switch between regular mail and junk mail. There are other things too. I guess I have to get use to it
  • Pathetic search function and buggy app

Could not find the word “clinic” in the email i was looking for. Basic 1990s level search that utterly failed. Also, app is buggy. For example, App does not respond to the delete key on the Magic Keyboard across multiple updates.
