  • Wordament Map #92

I am still waiting for response to my prior reviews about being unable to finish MAP #92. Unable to cross through the last gate to finish the last bonus puzzle. The game locks up and does not allow you to move forward. Please respond to my issue and let me know when there will be a possible fix to this problem. This appears to have been a problem since at least April…. This is a great game and I want to keep playing. Thank you….
  • Still seeing ads

I have a premium subscription on my pc. Ads show up on my iPad. Albeit device specific? Absolutely willing to pay for a second premium subscription if I must… but cannot figure out a way to do that.
  • Pretty good game but can get boring fast

Good game but gets repetitive quick. The word list tile is pointless especially because it jumps back if you repeat a word, annoying part is it doesn’t return back to the top. Also annoying that it tracks your total points while playing, but doesn’t keep track of them after that. No credit for getting 3X the minimum points. Would also be excellent if you could look up words to see their definition. Weird thing is there a lot of British spellings included like Tyre for English Tire
  • AD UPON OPENING

I signed in and literally the very FIRST thing on my screen—before even one second of game play: a LONG VIDEO AD for that OBNOXIOUS Royal Match app. It keeps going even after you “X out” to close it. *Side Note: I hope the devs & advertisers behind Royal Match step on a thousand Legos on their way to morning coffee… every. single. day. So no. If your *opening* move is shoving long ads down a new user’s throat, I’m not sticking around to find out what’s next. Nice moves from one of the richest companies in the world. Deleted.
  • Adverse Enjoyment

After playing Microsoft Solitaire I gave this game a try and enjoy it somewhat. As others have said it would be helpful to know the score of your final move and not have your game abruptly end when you’ve satisfied the requirements. Still, above all else, the major drawback is the ads. Also, as others have mentioned, the ads feel overbearing and obnoxious. I understand they’re a necessary evil but almost every outlet I engage with feels as if it has its hands in my pockets. To add insult to injury, I am a game pass ultimate subscriber. I would appreciate if games such as this were a part of the service. It would feel like added value for my subscription/investment. I believe like all things, improvements are necessary and are implemented. In addition to performance improvements, I would definitely rate this higher if more consideration was given to increased value for subscription services.

Now that advertising pours into the app like sewage overflowing, could Microsft manage the restraint to allow players to complete exercises before shattering the concentration most of us need for successful living?

I play this game daily. Challenging but relaxing. I subscribe and was pleasantly surprised that their customer service was just as good as the game! So many online games/services have no service despite being a paying customer. They responded within hours. For a short time, my history disappeared. They sent a detailed email with things I could do; but without having to do any of this - my history had been restored. Not sure, if they did something on their end but was happy to see they didn’t just grab my money and run to the bank laughing. Well done Microsoft! Thank you!

    By Hope rings eternal.
It doesn’t update very often. Maps only renew a few times a year. That’s pretty poor management.
