  • Wayland support?

    Worked great when the Linux server I was connecting used X11. Since updating to Wayland I’ve been having issues. Will try and look elsewhere to see if that is the issue.

    I thought it was a good solution at first. Later I had issues with mouse clicks in some apps. Mouse clicks wouldn’t register with one important app I use so I’m hoping to find a better solution. Try it. It might work well for you.

  • Solid RDP utility for home

    I literally just need my IP and my windows login creds and I can use my PC from the other room on my iPad with touch controls and my Apple Pencil. Definitely a great app. Seems like they improved it because it’s way more responsive now too. Great for streaming games too

  • Keyboard will not display on iPad

    Connected to a Windows 11 machine with the mouse mode selected before opening the computer if you click on a text entry area, the prompt changes as if your keyboard input was about to be taken, but no keyboard pops up on the iPad

  • Spotty access to onprem RDS

    Adding an onprem RDS deployment may work one day then not the next. On the previous build I was able to connect straight into our workspace and this update breaks it. The fix is to copy the full path URL and delete characters starting at the end and it’ll eventually find your workspace.

    If you are using this with a non-Windows machine running RDP, pray to the gods that the actual mouse pointer clicks on the correct place. It probably only works with Windows machines. Linux users: look elsewhere

  • Please bring back the old APP

    As much as I applaud companies for updating their apps, this updated app is not functional. Prior to the update I used it to login to my workstation in the office with no issues. Now it’s so laggy, it’s unbearable. Also when I click on the icons on the taskbar it takes me to the iPad home page every-time so annoying.

  • Nearly Perfect! (Just need resolution setting to persist)

    I really like the Windows App on my iPad. It’s working well, and I am happy with it all except for one minor issue. I would like the screen resolution I set to persist. Every day I connect to my machine and its on maximum resolution and I have to change it back to the “Retina” resolution. Please fix this one thing. Thank you!
