Phone link is improved since it was originally released. I especially like the feature the provides verification codes that can simply be clicked on to copy without actually opening the text or the email. It doesn’t work every time. But when it works, it’s great. This is a features that should be enhanced for greater application.

I’m satisfied with the productivity of the app. I’m not having to go back and forth from my computer to my phone.

  • User interface and receiving

I can send text but 95% of the time I don’t receive on my computer only on my phone. Not updating what was sent on my phone while connected if I’m away from the computer. I only use it because I have no other option. Much prefer Google messages on my work phone. Links a lot better and has better interface. Allows for real time updates and even if you send on your phone it updates on the computer.

Using the phone link software with my I phone allows me to quickly type longer messages and add links from my open browser tab.

I love the app idea. When the connection is made, the system works well. It’s also good to have the record of calls and other information provided. My chief concern is the switching connectivity, lags or fails and one is left scrambling to figure out on which device the call is stuck. You check online trying to connect to the computer and things seem to freeze. Typically I’ve ended up having to pick up the phone. Keep working on this. This program has the potential of being outstanding, however, connectivity is a serious impediment at this point.
