  • I didn’t think it could get worse

-And yet the most recent update to the app is just that. The sleep metrics are degraded the point of worthless and inaccurate. This was the whole reason I got a Fitbit in the first place. The visuals are worse than ever. I have discontinued using it altogether. Google’s acquisition of this company has succeeded in convincing its customers to invest in an Apple Watch.
  • Horrible

I’ve been using my Fitbit for about two years now and this is the WORST update yet. I have absolutely lost patience trying to sync my watch with the app. It’s been an issue since day one- but after this latest update, every single time I open the app, it says it lost Bluetooth pairing. I used to be able to fix it by closing and restarting the app, but now that no longer works. I have to go through settings to “forget device” and re-pair it. And that only lasts maybe an hour or so before I have to do it all over again! It’s beyond frustrating! I can no longer find where to change my watch face, the sleep graph is now completely unreadable at a glance and there’s no way to delete any unwanted sleep sessions that it incorrectly tracks. It added an hour and a half of sleep to my total while I was watching tv (not sleeping!) and there’s now no option to edit it! I’m sick of messing around with this thing. I’m switching to something else!

I’m not impressed with the latest update to the sleep tracker and it statistics . It was much better at showing the break down before the update!
  • Love the products but the new updates are awful.

The watches are Amazing but the new updates to the sleep section are HORRIBLE. I don’t understand why they changed it. If there’s a way to change it back I would, the old way to check your sleep was SOOOOO much better. And all the premium adds aren’t fun. Please don’t change anything else I loved it until they tried to make it better. BY THE WAY BEFORE THE UPDATES EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. PLEASE DON’T UPDATE ANYTHING ELSE!

I don’t like the new layout for the app. I liked to look at the sleep data every morning and now I don’t even want to. The new version is no good. Please change it back.

I bought the Fitbit for my son… The app does not open I always have issues opening the Fitbit app on the iPad. Why is this happening? It is very frustrating.
  • Worst update

As much as I don’t want to.. I’m going to retire the Fitbit watch/app. Apple Watch.. here I come. I’ve used Fitbit for 4 years and unlike most apps that improve with time.. this one has gone the tubes. It’s not logging accurately. The new sleep graph is hideous. A middle schooler could have created something better then what you “upgraded” to. 🙄 Such a shame! After reading all the comments.. you have ruined a good thing.

The fit bit keeps me honest. I wear it everyday .
  • Sleep data unusable

I got a Fitbit and use the app to track my sleep. The recent update has made it practically unusable. I cannot see well how much sleep I have been getting and how many times I am awake. The color changes make it almost unable. Please go back to what it was before this update!
  • Latest update was a step backwards

The usability of the latest update makes it harder to understand sleep patterns and metrics. This is one of the key features that I loved. The new update gives you less information for a shorter duration. Fitbit tried to fix something that was not broken.
