    Google ads has been a nightmare from the very beginning. For one: they make it least user friendly as possible. Very hard to understand and navigate. Customer service has Language barrier. 2) it is very easy to be over charged⚠️ 3) if you are going to make a campaign do not do it on your own. Go through the process & let a google representative help you so if anything goes wrong they fix it because it was them who created it. Read Other low-rated reviews!!!!!!

    Google ads is absolutely horrible, it buries service companies-at the end of the month we have to give all of our profit to you “the big Google” the average service company. Owner doesn’t have time to sit on the phone for three hours to figure out how to run a single ad, it’s rather ridiculous and it’s extremely expensive, you allow individuals to direct their business towards a Google my business listing, and then you suspend the Google my business listing when someone makes a silly mistake, sometimes taking months to correct, costing families money they need to survive, and keep a roof over their heads - Google has single handily ruined the “Small American business” and the American Dream

    The bidding system is killing small business. Google being a monopoly doesn’t help. I paid Google for a bad service, and they don’t have the decency to let me change my address. Use Bing.

    All the credit will be promised will never show up if they want to charge you has to be immediately if they wanna give you credit has to be 60 days at least

    I have a had a good experience learning about the Google ads system and structure. I have been at it now for about a month or so and I know it’s going to take time to start seeing success which I’m willing to wait for indeed! I am also aware of the cost associated with using their marketing resources. I’m prepared to invest in this! I know it’ll pay off if I stay steady. Thank you Google for this platform!

    Ok. So after a around 45 days of starting. We don’t display in searches anywhere outside our small town, even though we service all middle Tennessee. Ad $$ went nowhere. And good look getting anyone on the phone to fix it. If you start a business, don’t quit your day job if you’re depending on google to work. Was wondering why the phone hasn’t been ringing…
