  • Fitbit app changed

I was really happy with the app but in the past year or two the design completely changed. I gave it some time but it’s a downgrade from the prior design. Also some of my workouts disappear days after they were logged. Used to love Fitbit but on the verge of switching to a different brand.
  • Maybe rehire the old Fitbit developers?

If Google didn’t acquire the design metrics when they bought Fitbit, maybe they should simply rehire the original developers, instead of reinventing the wheel. Fitbit’s design had superior functionality and worked so much better than what the Google crew has been able to produce.
  • Horrible design choices version 4.15

Sleep tab USED TO BE clear, intuitive, straight forward. User interface design choice in version 4.15 are confusing, clunky, UGLY. Who reviewed this? Why mess with the design? There’s nothing better about this.
  • April 2024 Update is Trash

I had just gotten used to the previous update that I didn’t really like, and then it updated again over the weekend and I hate it. The sleep tracker is barely readable, but I guess that’s an afterthought, since it no longer accurately tracks my sleep. It won’t allow me to set my sleep start-time any earlier than 00:00 on the current day. I’ve tried deleting the sleep log altogether and manually entering it, as I’ve done in the past when my sleep tracking seemed skewed, but it still tells me that a sleep log already exists in that time period. PLEASE roll back the app update to the previous version, or even better, the one before that.
  • New Sleep Data

I’ve been a Fitbit user for probably 10 years, maybe even 12. I’ve been very happy with all my Fitbits. I recently upgraded to a Sense. I was happy with this one also until you changed the way sleep data looks. I like being able to see my sleep data for more than just one day. Please change it back!
  • Syncing takes FOREVER!

I’ve been using a Fitbit device for several years. I recently upgraded from an older version Versa to a versa 4. The syncing function takes forever. Recently after completing a walk, the exercise didn’t register on the app until 3 days later and it recorded my hour long walk as a several day/hour walk. This is really frustrating and makes me rethink ever getting another Fitbit.

Something happened last week with the Fitbit display of my sleeping display. It is impossible to read. I have been working on my quality of sleep for the last 2 months. I was enjoying the sleep graph but now it is unreadable. Please fix it!
  • Update needs updating

I am an avid Fitbit user and love the information it provides. The recent update to the sleep data is terrible. The previous version the data was easy to understand at a glance and now it is an unnecessarily complicated graph. I am all for updates to improve the user experience but this one missed the mark.
  • Sleep Chart

Your update on the software has changed the sleep chart. The bar graph results was easier to read and process vs current format that looks horrible and is harder to determine results of nightly and weekly sleep results. Simple is better.

The new update to the sleep data is horrendous. It’s more difficult to read and just ugly to look at. Who signed off on this?!
