At times, does a poor job of synching. Glitchy when it comes to goals, will not acknowledge my goal for miles. Covers the basics fine. Pushes premium a little too hard. But premium has excellent sleep detail not available with basic. Take the trial by all means but cancel before you pay for a full year.

I purchased this Fitbit especially to monitor my overnight oxygen levels since I have COPD. After about a year it no longer gives me a readout on my oxygen levels. All other functions work fine and I use it to track exercises to report to my health insurance provider.

When I first started using Fitbit the hardware was its weakest point, the software was great. This has gradually reversed itself.Case in point,if I do an activity and don’t view it immediately before Fitbit detects a new activity the data will be lost.
  • Locks Up on iPhone 16

The exercise tile causes the app to lock up on the iPhone 16. That’s really the point of the app. The wort Fit is in the name and yet you can’t access your exercise information, add, change or log exercise. Tech support just has you do the same thing that doesn’t fix it. If you are lucky enough to reach them. It’s been months and they just had yet another update that didn’t fix it. Comments on the user forums get deleted and rude moderators will email you if you complain. I have used Fitbit for years. It all went down hill after they got rid of the online dashboard and started using Google as the data warehouse. Hopefully a competitor will emerge that will offer a working tracker with a friendly interface. I figure they will have a class action eventually. I have Fitbit premium which is pretty useless.

  • Fix the step tracker

I can’t see my steps per hour, I can’t see my steps for previous days. Stop telling people to force quit the app and restart the phone. That is not working. If a bunch of people are reporting the same problem, maybe the problem is on your end.

It is horrible at tracking walking and sleep. The two whole reasons I have gotten it. This is my second. There will not be a third.
