This is actually my 3rd Fitbit. They seem to just get better and better in their design and features.

I’ve used this for two years, and continue to use it, however, there is no warning of charge remaining. The only time you see how fully it’s charged is when putting on the charge cord. When using it for swimming, it is not responsive to taps when wet. You must tap to set up the swimming module before getting wet. When swimming, laps are not shown, only the minutes after the beginning tap It is not possible to rearrange the icons to suit your schedules. Icons that you never use appear first or second in the swipe stream. The iPhone app is often nonresponsive, needing half a dozen swipes down to refresh readings from the wristband The recent rearrangement of the app after being bought by Google is not helpful.

  • This app is still trash

Why does Fitbit keep doing updates to the iOS app, yet the app continuously freezes, and won’t load data from my Charge 6 without many refreshes/restarts?!?!

What happened to the sleep score? It's missing in this version. Please stop making so-called improvements to the app. You keep reducing functionality with every update.
  • Easy to use

    By lorlor3k
Of course, I really appreciate the exercise and movement data… but the food logging is also easy and gives you your macros. I’ve used a number of their guided workouts which are good and have lots to choose from. I wish the music was better in these but the coaches are excellent. I like how you can adjust the app settings and visual order of top items.
  • Lost or changed sleep graphs

    By Momogeo
Graphs never would enlarge properly, but the color against black was ok to read small…enlarging made them oddly out of shape very tall and narrow…tried all the hints mentioned but no luck THEN, day before yesterday the graphs are against white with pale colors won’t enlarge at all and virtually impossible to read. I had the premium for awhile and had been considering signing up for it again, but with this development am afraid it will be LESS than worth it, not knowing how the graphs will look there What a mess! When I upgrade this smartwatch, from these experiences, it WON’T be a firbit PS After reviewing others’ comments it is not only me with messed up graphs
  • Updates!

    By Food Shopper
The app is barely functional and most of the functions seem to function incorrectly. They came out with their “new and improved” version recently and have 12 updates to it already, but they have not fixed multiple problems. I regularly walk a 5-mile route, tracking it on the gps (the steps function does not work properly) and the average pace is always incorrect. Today my first mile was just over 15mph, the next 3 were in the mid-14mph, with the final under 14mph - the app identified the average pace as over 17mph! I use the GPS while walking and the miles are longer than previously. My resting heart rate is higher, my my sleeping heart rate is always significantly lower than my resting rate. Sleep function is very erratic. The app has been significantly worse since Google purchased Fitbit.

My daughter gave me my Charge 5 for my birthday a year ago. I’ve gotten fit and lost weight because of this giving me the ability to be mindful of my own health in a way that makes it easier to accomplish the goals I set. Ty Fitbit!!!
  • Why mess with the sleep timeline?

    By Nance200
I have really enjoyed using my Fitbit and the app for the last two years. The latest update changes the sleep timeline so it is very unclear to read. Why make this change? I enjoyed it so much before.
