Gosh! Why won’t Google allow me to update my review or write a new one? Maybe because they are trying to stop negative reviews? Dropping this app and device now! Sick of this! I have used a Fitbit for over a decade now. I use it mainly for sleep, steps, weight and heart rate tracking. I pay for Premium so I can get my sleep stages data. Though never actually accurate, it at least gave me an idea and I could manually edit it if it didn’t catch a period of sleep. Over the past few weeks. This is broken! It doesn’t allow to edit for a longer period (does edit to shorter, though) and if delete the inaccurate sleep data and enter the longer period manually, it won’t give the “Premium” sleep stages! It flatlines as if it was less than 3 hours! This is making a lot of people angry over the past several weeks! Come on Fitbit! A 10 year old could fix this in 10 minutes! Does anyone care? I’ve sent feedback, many have posted in community and crickets 🦗 from Google! I’d rather pay for an Apple Watch than deal with this and I may just do that! At least they listen when there is a problem!

Sleep software not working since last update — the edit function. After countless contacts support just continuing to ignore and saying they’re reviewing—-been over month. Many Fitbit Community also have problems, and no one responding. I am looking for different sleep system.

I appreciate how it helps me be more aware of my movements. It gives me incentive to do. I do get frustrated when information goes missing and I can’t figure out why. But I do enjoy using.

It’s super frustrating that it doesn’t always track at night. I’ll wake up and refresh and there is nothing logged from the evening.

  • App doesn’t record accurate data from watch

The app doesn’t accurately reflect the hourly steps, reverses steps recorded after it shows them, and the number of hourly steps doesn’t add up to the total number of steps. Was much better before the sell out to google. Indy apps always suck after the sellout.

It becomes disconnected from my phone all the time .. then I don’t get the notifications … not easy to figure out how to reconnect it. The whole thing is not worth the headache

I’ve had a Fitbit for years (currently Versa 4). After a recent update, my Fitbit reset with no sleep data. I wore for 2 weeks straight except for a short time charging during the day, synced my data and went to sleep about 21:00. The next day my sleep data said I slept from 01:40-10:35. It was 07:30 when I checked it. I am unable to get the sleep data to match the time on the watch. All the other data, readiness, health metrics-anything based off sleep score is wrong. Plus I only do HIIT or walking workouts. Those never come up as first options. When I just synced, the sleep says 2hr 15 min between 3:05 and 4:15 and the date at the top says Dec 13-14. I’ve reset multiple times and still wrong.
