    Since the update my cameras take forever to load… Or they don’t load at all. It’s wild that a huge tech company like google doesn’t do proper beta testing. Also, I’m seeing all over the internet that this issue has been going on for a year and still no fix! I can’t believe you guys are going to loose another customer. It’s like your alarm system all over again… beautiful hardware and then huge ball drop with the FW/SW. This will be my final push away from google if it’s not fixed soon. I’ll be going right over to an Apple HomeKit camera system.

    When I am away from my home I can’t connect to the google nest max camera takes like 20 try’s and then finally it connects. My door bell camera connects instantly. Google you need to resolve this issue or I may have e to switch platforms

    Constantly disconnects from the device and the only way to pair it again is to delete the device and start from the beginning. A spectacular failure of an app that makes me irrationally angry. I don’t even bother anymore and just control the thermostat on the wall the old fashioned way. Truly regret buying this device.

    The service is horrible. The devices can’t keep connecting to Wi-Fi. Always losing signal takes forever to go over a videos, always buffering I would not recommend.

    Only records video about 2 seconds in & thinks fog, snow & stopped cars are moving cars, struggles to identify known people. And randomly will just set there spinning when you are trying to video playback

    History is terrible with oftentimes long delays for it even to come up. Scrolling history is very problematic with some areas that cannot be directly accessed. In those cases, one must wait as the history unfolds to see what has transpired. And then, obtaining clips becomes a chore with either being able to capture too little or too much for the required need. Nest did it much better and much more user friendly. Your coding team don’t seem to be aware of the user needs; speaking as a long time programmer.

    Google, please get things going on your app. It is failing majorly right now and there is no information posted about any outages. App keeps crashing, settings don’t load, nest thermostat does not adjust on the app…just to name a few problems. This as been an ongoing issue the past week and slowly kept getting worst. Now the app is useless and is not working
