A Plea for Progress: Bringing Full AI Mode to the iPad 10th Gen Title: Google Could Be Even Better with Full AI Mode on iPad 10th Generation As a dedicated user of the Google ecosystem, I am writing this to strongly urge Google to prioritize and fully implement AI Mode—specifically the robust, integrated Search Labs and Gemini features—for the iPad 10th Generation. The iPad 10 is the bridge between accessibility and performance, yet when it comes to Google’s latest AI innovations, it feels like we are only getting a fraction of the potential. While we have the Gemini app, the seamless, system-wide "AI Mode" that transforms search and browsing into a fluid, conversational experience is the missing link that would make this tablet a true productivity powerhouse. The iPad 10th Generation features a stunning 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display, but currently, that screen space is underutilized. Imagine a scenario where a student is researching a complex historical era. Instead of jumping between tabs, they could activate AI Mode to get a real-time, side-by-side summary of their search results directly within the interface. They could engage in a conversation: "Compare the economic impacts mentioned in these three sources." This level of technical integration is what users are craving. The hardware—powered by the A14 Bionic—is more than capable of handling these requests, but the software feels like it’s holding the hardware hostage. I recently tried to use the "AI Mode" features while planning a travel itinerary. On a desktop, the experience is transformative, with "SGE" (Search Generative Experience) providing comprehensive overviews. On the iPad 10, the experience often reverts to a standard mobile search layout, stripping away the very tools that make Google feel like the future. "Google, you have the most advanced AI models in the world," I thought as I scrolled through pages of blue links. "Why aren't you letting them shine on the most popular tablet in the world?" The conversation between a user and their device should be frictionless. Integrating AI Mode would allow for deeper technical tasks, such as code generation or complex data analysis, to happen on the go. For creators and professionals, having the full weight of Google’s AI suite—including advanced multimodal capabilities where we can point our camera at a problem and get an AI-driven solution—would change the iPad 10 from a 'consumption' device into a 'creation' machine. Furthermore, the iPad 10 is often the entry point for many young learners and professionals. By withholding the full AI Mode, Google is missing an opportunity to embed its most helpful technology in the hands of those who need it most. We need the ability to summarize long-form articles in Chrome, generate AI images with precise prompt control, and utilize "Help Me Write" features directly within the Google workspace on iPadOS. The competition is moving fast, but Google has the data, the models, and the ecosystem to win. Bringing the full AI Mode to the iPad 10th Generation isn't just a "nice-to-have" update; it is a technical necessity to keep the Google experience consistent across all platforms. We don't just want an app; we want the integrated, intelligent layer that makes Google the smartest way to navigate the world.

Used to love Pinterest. So many great ideas. Now there are endless pop-ups and ads that it’s next to impossible and frustrating to read the pins. Don’t even try to read a recipe. It’ll take forever to get past all the pop ups and ads. It’s no longer enjoyable to use this app. So disappointing!!
