Get to a healthier and more active life with Google Fit! It’s hard to know how much or what kind of activity you need to stay healthy. That’s why Google Fit collaborated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA) to bring you Heart Points, an activity goal that can help improve your health. Activities that get your heart pumping harder have tremendous health benefits for your heart and mind. You’ll earn one Heart Point for each minute of moderate activity like picking up the pace when walking your dog, and double points for more intense activities like running. It takes just 30-minutes of brisk walking five days a week to reach the AHA and WHO’s recommended amount of physical activity shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and increase overall mental wellbeing. Google Fit will also help you: SEE YOUR WORKOUTS Get insights and see stats such as heart rate, speed, pace, route, and more for your runs, walks, and bike rides. MONITOR YOUR GOALS See your daily progress on your Heart Points and steps. Meeting your goals all the time? Easily adjust your goals to keep challenging yourself to achieve a healthy heart and mind. MAKE EVERY MOVE COUNT All physical activity can help you lead a healthier life, and with Google Fit you can track it all in one place. Working with your favorite fitness apps and devices, Google Fit builds a journal of your activity. And to make sure Fit never misses a workout, you can manually add any activity your other apps didn’t track - from Aerobics to Zumba! CONNECT WITH YOUR FAVORITE APPS AND DEVICES Google Fit can show you info from many of your favorite apps and devices that are compatible with Apple Health to give you a holistic view of your health, so you’ll never lose track of your progress. These include Lifesum, Runkeeper, Strava, MyFitnessPal, Headspace, and more. CHECK IN AT ANYTIME, FROM ANYWHERE See a snapshot of your activity history across Google Fit and your integrated apps in your journal. Or, see the full picture in browse, where you can find all of your health and wellness data. Learn more about Google Fit and see a list of supported apps at:

  • Disappointed

This app shorts me about 1000+ steps every day. I have 3 other apps that count my steps which all give me the same count. But this app is always 1000+ steps less.
  • Change monthly data view

    By Sam82$:?
Instead of those circles whcho show the activity of each day in month, make it bar chart. I mean the same as week view but for 30 days.
  • Terrible tracker

    By CiAvalon
This ap goes backwards when tracking steps. It removes about 2000 steps per day.
  • Backdated app

Google fit product manager- when will we get a fitbit integration. Right now you are just an apple takedown response against their health app.
  • It is a crappy APP.

    By SpacerTT
Google = Microsoft 20 ago - Fat big dying dinosaur. This app is so crappy and it doesn’t provide the correct step count for my daily power walk. Today, I did more than 5100 steps already but only record 2800 steps. The same issue has been happening for the past 2 months. I do consider Google product inferior product which is not really for prime time. If Google has no interest to make a good product in Apple App Store, please just leave and don’t bloat the Apple eco system for this crappy software. pS. It ignores power walking , jogging, hiking and running step counts so you can only use it for walking but not other exercises.
  • Cannot write to Apple Health

    By iOSecure
It’s inconvenient for iOS users to have to use both Google fit and Apple health. Users should be able to consolidate into a single source. Allow option to write sleep data to Apple health please. Not only read data from Apple health into Google fit… especially with your upcoming subscription fee for sleep.
  • Looks like butt on a tablet.

    By StratAppleBoy
It is currently 2023 and we still get apps designed for a phone screen with zero thought given to tablets. Sigh.
  • It won’t let me track

    By Iaosjdhds
I’m sorry to be a hater which I’m not but I can’t do the track workout for some reason and it makes me so mad so I am sorry for anyone seeing this but I don’t like the app that Michael
