I HATE THIS PIXEL PHONE MORE THAN ANY DEVICE I HAVE EVER OWNED. DID A CAVEMAN MAKE IT? DO. NOT. BUY. A. PIXEL. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE PURCHASE ANOTHER GOOGLE DEVICE. WORST TECHNOLOGY PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE.
  • Not able to install eSim

The app thinks that the eSim is installed when it is not. So much unhelpful documentation links when I am looking for settings, alternative methods to activate. I am now worried about losing the number.

The app keeps telling me to activate eSIM in the setting even though it is already installed. Now I can’t do anything in this app

  • Roaming rarely works

I had GoogleFi for years as a backup 2nd carrier. After my 4th international trip where the roaming didn’t work, I’m switched and canceled. They kept charging me, Terrible intermittent issues so I could never rely on it, terrible customer service, and questionable patterns that bordered on fraud. Surprised such issues coming from Google that is generally pretty decent.

To transfer the line it’s impossible, they say they have 24/7 support, but after you reach ou on support they help you once on messages, then only email. Now I’m stuck on limbo because I can’t complete transferring my line, they tell me to call AT&T but I can’t call as my process of transfer already started. So this is great, no one can help me and I can’t make calls or access data.
  • WORST Google experience

I had a critical issue where I couldn’t receive calls from a medical provider, and despite being told my iPhone SE was compatible with Google Fi, it ultimately wasn’t. This caused a lot of trouble. Support was extremely frustrating — every time a different agent responded, I had to repeat the same information. Overall, it was the worst support experience I’ve ever had and truly disappointing.
