I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding misinformation I received from your customer service team, which has directly impacted my financial planning. When I switched from T-Mobile to Google Fi, I clearly requested that my billing date be moved to the 1st or 2nd of each month. A representative assured me that the change had been successfully made. Based on that assurance, I structured my budget accordingly. However, I was surprised to find that the billing date had not been changed. I have since called customer service twice, only to be told that billing dates cannot be adjusted. This is completely contradictory to what I was originally told, and quite frankly, it’s misleading. The inaccurate information has created avoidable stress and disrupted my financial schedule. This is not just an inconvenience — it has real financial consequences for me. I would not have agreed to switch providers had I known this request could not be honored. I’m requesting an immediate explanation for why I was misinformed and what will be done to correct the situation. If the billing date cannot be changed, I expect compensation or another form of resolution to address the negative impact this has had. I expect a prompt and serious response. If this issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to reevaluate my relationship with Google Fi and escalate my concerns through other available channels.

How could you hardcoded all iPhone 16models to force use esim instead of physical sims? This prevents certain versions of iPhone 16 to even activate sim cards!! So dumb. Does not even have thorough testing. Glad you are hiring more leetcode-oriented bullsh…

I’ve been with Google Fi for about 10 years now and genuinely never have any issues with their service performance, but when it comes to billing, this is where I have major issues. I paid for the unlimited plan and decided to pay extra per GB in which I needed it for work. Two problems: 1) The bill was way too high for what I was using and 2) they started to upgrade their plans from 50 to 100 GB of data. A slap in a face for me. Customer service and support were the worst and never help at all with my problems. It is unfortunate because Google really did work well when roaming internationally. That is the only feature that I am missing when I switched to Visible.

Another app using notifications to spam. Really hate this trend. But I’m going to vote and rate to try and stop it.

SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!! How can you call yourself a phone company when yall don’t even help nobody at all. First issue I had was with my data. Now if I pay unlimited data why do I have a set GB which is 50 and when I reach the limit my data go slow??!! What am I paying for UNLIMITED DATA for ??!! Then I have to pay my phone bill but yall won’t give me an extension for two more days but if it was with any other phone company I would gladly get an extension. I’m getting Verizon back and nothing was wrong with Verizon they bill just be too high sometimes I’ll rather do that then do deal with yall. Yall are ridiculous and your customer service is ridiculous YALL ARE DUMB and I hope whoever owns this company sees this because YALL ARE DUMB. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN NOW!!!! OR MAKE CHANGES BUT YALL ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

This thing is so buggy, when you try to activate eSIM on iPhone or transfer eSIM it’s always super problematic.

Google Fi replaced my phone number of 15+ years without any notice or authorization, completely disrupting my life. I’ve been a loyal Fi customer for over 5 years, and on May 18, 2025, my number was suddenly reassigned. Since then, I have been unable to receive important job-related calls, texts, or access two-factor authentication on many accounts. Despite filing FCC and BBB complaints and contacting executive support, I’ve received no meaningful response. Google Fi’s support team has been vague, unhelpful, and even disconnected my call when I asked to leave feedback. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. This has severely impacted my professional life and mental health. I’m escalating this through all legal and public channels. Avoid this service if you value reliability, transparency, or customer support.

As a military service member, I’m beyond disappointed with Google Fi. They advertise themselves as flexible and supportive, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve had constant issues with overbilling, and every time I try to get help, their customer service is either completely unhelpful or outright rude. They talk in circles, make promises they don’t keep, and treat you like a problem instead of a valued customer—let alone someone who serves their country. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. I expected better from a company like Google, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any carrier. Avoid at all costs.
