    I have an iPhone with a broken volume button. I pay for AppleCare every month. They tried to charge me $106 to replace it even though I did nothing to break it. Manufacturing defect. I complained, and after being put on hold for a while, the rep said whoops, it’s free after all. Not cool.

    As things, progress and technology, supposed to integrate seamlessly into our day-to-day life, it seems the Apple has just given up the security in privacy that they set their foundation on It’s no longer there with mediocre personnel and physical locations and even More mediocre from their AI. Automated service pretty embarrassed. Jobs would be very disappoint.
