    Just got the Apple app. I was excited to use but hit a loop. It continues to only provide information on the performance of the app, but no options or menus. So at this time it’s useless!

    I just discovered a whole bunch of charges for purchases I never made! I have not ever bought a thing in any games, but there is a list of charges saying I did. No one else has access to my phone. How do I delete sales I never made?

    Apple was better before that’s all I’m gonna say not the same customer service as they used to have an older the customer service used to be a lot better in my opinion and been billed for what I don’t know from and they’ve kept my card in the system when I don’t want my debit card in any phone I don’t care how safe they think they are so if I bought something using my phone then Apple now has my card number which they’ve had problems in the past and I don’t appreciate that.     Hi, I’m not sure who makes display/visual suggestions for the updates, but please let them know that changing for the sake of changing is not cutting edge nor helpful to say the least. Cute color changes and borders around apps etc are paltry at best. Change is great but only when warranted and it pushes us into the future. I’m afraid these design changes don’t amount to much except for frustration and the subsequent search for the YouTube video that shows you how to shut it all off. Sadly, that’s the case with this last update. Updated to two stars. It changed my entire display and colors. How many updates has Apple done and they still can’t figure out to leave this stuff alone? The fine white lines border around everything including apps and buttons has got to go. Super unclean, looks like someone cut them out with a pair of scissors. There has go to be an option to shut this off.

    So I have my laptop in for repair. The first Repair ID was cancelled and no email notification. I have to web chat to get the new one and the history section of the app only shows my inquiries for support. How on earth is this even possible? Apple is truly losing it. Get a new CEO. Get some new priorities. Make Apple Software Great Again!

    I can’t even figure out the way to finally connect my cellular data on the latest iOS 18 update because apple found a issue. I downloaded the app for help, yet it didn’t help fix my cellular problem. THIS IS A TRASH SUPPORT, DIDN’T EVEN HELP, NO ARTICLES ABOUT IT AND RESTARTING DIDN’T WORK. I HOPE THEY REALLY IMPROVE ON CELLULAR DATA HELP. one star.
