I reached out to Apple for help and got no replies back, I was able to get actual helpful information from ChatGPT in the same time that I was ignored by Apple, then could not get a response back at all. Why even have a support function if I get ignored and an AI can do it better this is not the Apple that I grew up with. This is not the apple that released the original iPod. All the apps need to be updated and I can’t do it BECAUSE MY PHONE IS 6s 15.8.4 it will not go any higher. I can’t afford a new phone I’m on disability I can’t leave my house. It is so very frustrating for me.

I purchased AppleCare plus loss and theft due to my work as a flight attendant. It was put to use last week when my husband phone was stolen. I filed a claim through AppleCare and received a replacement the next day as promised. However, upon attempting to get it activated with my service provider (T-mobile), I was sent a Verizon locked phone. After attempting to escalate it with AIG, I was sent back to AppleCare who again pointed to blame to AIG. The most unprofessional insurance scam - please take your business elsewhere.
