    this phone sucks!! i have been in local apple store only to find out the next "software" Fix should be out "soon" since the last one rearranged all sorts of things that made it LESS user friendly! ATT CORPORATE STORE NEAREST ME is an hour and had a less than stellar visit when I was first suckered in to buying for over $500 for payments over 3 years on 16eplans where 1 month later 17 is free at ATtif you reup for 3 yrs but I ALREADY AM STUCK WITH 3 years of payments for this junker and Apple store at east town center zip 48912 will not upgrade unless I pay full price. I'd rather be happy than right please call /text me and exchange this NASTY UNIT for something that works

    What a joke Apple “Intelligence” is, and what a joke Siri is. Your speech recognition sucks, your keyboard sucks. Why do I have to unlock my phone when I ask Siri to play a song—while I’m driving! Why am I even your customer? Seriously considering ditching you. For the love of god FIX YOUR STUFF!

    Since Apple decided my problem isn’t worthy of using a LIVE chat feature and I can’t contact the support number. I’ll leave my issue here. I’ve been forced to block Apple Store and lock my account on my newly acquired card SIMPLY because Apple keeps charging me for a subscription that has been cancelled since August 10, 2025. I understand Apple considers this an unpaid balance but I haven’t needed or wanted this subscription since mentioned date. There is absolutely no reason to make me update a payment method to charge me for this. It only just now lets me download Apple Support but I can’t update any of my free, already downloaded apps? I’ve also reported a merchants issue through Apple Wallet. Cash App cannot help because it is Apple’s system and I’ve already blocked it and locked my card. Please take this charge off my account or provide me a LIVE CHAT to contact an agent about this.

    Like one of the reviewers said; “It’s a warm blanket”. Yet, with still getting to know how Apple and how it’s products works, securing my account. There’s always a loophole. And looking forward to Apple Inc. to convict and justify the actions of criminals that deliberately, and diligently corrupts the internet system/services.

    The app isn’t super helpful - and other than telling me to get stuffed when one of the apps on the App Store scammed me, I’ve never been able to get this to help with anything. Just search for outside help - these guys won’t do much.
