    I don’t know what’s up with the bad rating but clearly app done a great job providing remote support. With the recent addition of remote diagnose and other feature, i don’t have to manually fill in or sign in and that’s easy as just confirming it

    After 2 attempts to write a review – the first wasn't saved and the second lost when my finger hit a pixel over the border causing the modal to close without saving — I'm a *very* unhappy, soon to be ex-customer. Who am I kidding. Apple is the last personal computing platform left, but if they don't drift into increasingly silly ideas they won't back out of or dumb it down to uselessness I'll be surprised. So Apple's locking their support app if you don't buy the latest and most expensive toys, need them or not. Between hanging their APIs so nothing is stable and refusing users access to purchased apps because the developer stopped paying?... it's not worth it. And neither is this. Apple only worked when Steve rotated in and out, now we're all screwed. Don't bother with the support app. If you are fortunate enough to be able to run it, and it happens to work, the "geniuses" are, at best, average people reading scripts for a company that won't fix the problem.

    Sometimes glitches out. Doesn’t give options for certain things. For example, battery replacement. It won’t give you option to repair, if you pass battery check but know the battery is expanding. And many other issues similar beyond this.
