  • The app is glitchy and lacks features

    The app is glitchy, crashes or logs you out constantly. There are no options to modify existing maintenance request or select preferred time. It’s almost impossible to sign a new lease through the app, the document jumps all over the place - there should be an option to open it in external browser or improve the size and behavior of the window that opens the document. And there is nothing going on inside the app (I guess it’s the building management issue). Ability to change colors and design would be a nice touch.

    Maintenance request portal appears to be designed lazily. It doesn’t have all options. Eg. Priority is only set to Routine, and category only set to General. There’s no way to delete a request after submitting it. There are redundant options like Main Bath and Master Bath.

    There are almost no options to choose from when making a maintenance request and you can’t change the priority or know when the maintenance was done or by who like it told you in the previous app.

    This app does not give you options of putting something as a high priority or a routine. It only allows you routine. It also doesn’t allow you to pick what room of the house. It only says bedroom or kitchen that doesn’t give you many options of what you’re complaining about and if you have a complaint about the building, it doesn’t give you options of you complaining about anything in the building.

    The red lettering on black background is brutal. Studying graphic art in college taught me to grab attention use white. It draws the eye in. Red on black is great in fashion design, note in this app.
