    No access to any paperwork that has been submitted and signed. Also shows that you owe money even when rent is paid with BAH. Not easy to find categories to file maintenance requests.

    This is a terrible application in many ways. It fails to provide historical payments. I have had to manually pay despite having “autopay” which defeats the purpose and causes one more item to check especially tough when TDY. I would give it a 0-star if I could.

    Everything worked the way I expected. I have a credit but I know I owe rent, so it still allowed me to make my payment so I was cool with that!

    Works better to make a request but they still take a long time to respond and mold problems are still not taken with very much urgency at all. Housing office also misinformed us about the lease breaking process.

    Honestly, overall a really basically but useful app, nothing I can really pick on the maintenance crew looks at the requests and gets everything I ask done in a honestly very timely manner so that’s the best I could ask for.

    Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t pay in the office and I HAVE to use the app, only for the app to charge me a service fee. Biggest rip off and scheme just to get more money. It’s money hungry animals like you that are ruining this world with your greed and selfishness.
