    Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t pay in the office and I HAVE to use the app, only for the app to charge me a service fee. Biggest rip off and scheme just to get more money. It’s money hungry animals like you that are ruining this world with your greed and selfishness.

    By This isn’t too bad
    I’d say the response time to get stuff fixed is actually pretty quick. Only thing I’d say is that on the app to submit these requests, there should be more categories and subcategories. Like I needed the blinds mechanism for the porch door replaced and obviously there’s like no categories for something like that.

    Since I’m a hunt resident, I have to use this app. The maintenance requests are probably the only good feature. When looking into the app; there’s a remember me toggle that NEVER works. Even when I save the password somewhere and use the password or Authenticator to login, I have to reset my password every time I want to login. This is a huge inconvenience and should be resolved.

    The categories and subcategories are vague and very difficult to navigate. The drop down menu should be more intuitive and less of a headache to figure out what you’re trying to find.

    There are very few options when it comes to selecting workorders. Most of the issues do not fall under the options offered.
