    We don’t get response or way to correspond with maintenance team on Requests for Maintenance. If the item is completed by staff in app, but not actually completed in real time, how do we convey these issues? Would be nice to have feedback box to and from maintenance team. Who should I report to if maintenance closes out requests but doesn’t actually complete.

    Poorly designed and could be better designed. The app "check to remember count info to skip signing in" does not work. I have to manually sign into the app every time. Very easy fix. Ontop of that, the actual company this is associated with does a poor job of maintaining their properties and providing the best experience for their paying customers.
