    If your downloading this app to rent with this company, run to a new budding. Management is not trustworthy, strange charges that no one can explain. Have fought them trying to add extra charges, on purpose. Good luck understating your bills. I would highly recommend not renting from Buzzo management company. You definitely can’t trust what building management’s tells you, it’s often not correct, untrue of a strange “miss understanding”

    Only improvement to the app would be remembering my login after selecting the option “remember me”. Having to log in every time is a minor inconvenience and everything else is Wonderful!

    App doesn’t stay logged in. Every time app is opened, you have to enter your login details and then on next page, enter password. Why can’t it be in one step? Next, even though it has the “remember me” option, it neither retains your login ID email nor your login. Finally, within the app itself, when initiating maintenance requests, the options within the drop down are not complete. Category can be common area but subcategory will show options for bedroom, which is not appropriate. Please fix the login issue itself, that’s like 90%frustration for me.

    Unable to have pre-filled passcode or use Face ID to log in. Need to type out my email and password every time I want to sign in.
