    This app is a game changer for my property and facility managers. It has so many capabilities. We use the app for property inspections, work orders, equipment inventory, preventative maintenance programs, reporting and much more. Yardi has great customer service reps that will help you and your team fully use the app/software and all its capabilities.

    I’ve worked with Yardi products for 13 years, and Facility Manager is the update to maintenance that we needed. The app is easy to use and our maintenance team loves it. Yardi custom programmed an invoicing solution for us as well to make our Inter company bill back process smooth! Thanks Vyoma and Arsenio for the outstanding customer service!

    When I first downloaded the app it worked perfectly fine. But a few updates go it stopped loading my properties work orders and preventive maintenance schedule. It's been months and no recent update and no issue fixed deleting app I will have a meeting with all my engineers to use this app to remove it from my process. Very unsatisfied

    Shade orders every other line item to identify • start buttons should stay blue until youve actually closed w/o then and only then it should be green • multiple persons using w/o 1 person should be able to close w/o for everyone. Over 150 properties logged and I spend most of the day thumbing through w/o trying to figure out which one I’m in and where do I go next but first I have to close the app because my screen froze again. Work Orders 1 Uni Error Could not post Work Order #100000 - Quantity must be greater than 0. PI C Unassigned: 31 ОК

    Seriously their products are crap. They rip you off and waste your time when you’re doing software conversions with their bigger products because they promise things they don’t deliver. They are willing to sell you software promising you the moon and the stars then raise the price astronomically, holding companies hostage as they scramble around trying to put in information they said would just carryover but ending up having to put The data in manually costing many man-hours while trying to back out of the deal, then jerk you around on your project until your funding runs out and they are trying to upsell you the solution they promised in the first place. from what I understand it is costing the end-user tens of thousands of dollars because they don’t keep their word. It has been told to me too that their technical liaisons are unprofessional and vexingly unknowledgeable causing more confusion and costing money than they’re worth. Run while you can.

    Riddled with glitches. Most of the time I cannot get the application to load. I spend far too much time closing and re-opening the app to get it to work correctly. Or uninstalling then re-installing. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to close time sensitive work orders and the app simply does not load or respond.

    I spend more time entering and completing work order than I do actually doing the work. Definitely not a sustainable business model!
