Description

The Westdale Living app provides easy mobile access to the Westdale Resident Services Portal. It allows residents to manage their profiles, view their ledgers, contact the community and pay rent and other charges from your iPhone. Residents can also use the app to initiate and track maintenance requests that include a description, voice memo, and photos as well as perform move in and move out inspections.

    objectively there’s only one flaw, whenever going to make a payment, if you leave the app it acts as if the payment was made so you have to wait 20-30 minutes before actually making the payment. otherwise its fine!

    The app has an option to "Remember Me" but it never does. The app also isn't compatible with the saved passwords feature apple has. The app overall is good but not keeping me logged in is enough of an inconvenience for me to deduct 3 stars.
