    The site doesn’t let you make accurate maintenance requests. Luckily there is a description box so you can atleast give a rundown of the problem. Also it only has routine as an option what if it’s an urgent matter but not emergency worth but definitely higher priority then routine

    Everything is listed as routine which is totally not okay just so you can show all calls on your maintenance work log as “routine“!

    This was my first time submitting a maintenance request. There aren’t enough drop down menu items for the different categories.

    It needs to be updated. When scrolling through the messages it glitches horribly, freezes, and sometimes will not even show the messages on the message board. I LOVE the maintenance request section, but wish I could upload videos with the requests.

    App is not intuitive to navigate and there are limited choices for responses so you have to write out what the issue is.
