    Doesn’t let you add a bank account so there’s always a $50 service fee you can’t get around and there’s no other way to pay absolutely dishonest scammers terrible app do not recommend if your apartment uses this app run doesn’t tell you what you are being charged for and will randomly change price with no notice went to pay my rent which is the same every month with all the fees at $1452 and now it’s $1700 for no reason and doesn’t show anything in the price breakdown

    This is by far the worst app, worst company, and even worse people work here. The Jefferson Place apartments in Frederick, Maryland, are awful. I would rather walk on glass and hot lava than ever use this app or live at any place that is managed by Bell Partners. They don’t tell you about all the hidden fees, taxes, and service charges. I have always paid an extra $ 250 a month because they refuse to tell the truth. They are terrible. Can we please give them zero stars.
