    Should be other ways to pay rent. Having the only options be to pay through an app and be charged because of that is crazy. Or even by mail is crazy. Cute to have an app but it’s truly unnecessary outside of being able to view your balance.

    Account amount was appearing as $0, but I haven’t paid my rent yet. When I went to pay it was saying that I already paid but that was not true. It’s a system error going on.

    The app makes it too difficult to change to auto pay and to give another account that I want my rent to come out of instead of my main account. Been trying since I moved in April. There are too many hoops to jump through just to get it to work
