    The app makes it too difficult to change to auto pay and to give another account that I want my rent to come out of instead of my main account. Been trying since I moved in April. There are too many hoops to jump through just to get it to work

    There is no way u guys don’t do partial payments the hassle I just went Thur to pay my rent is ridiculous most house holds has 2 adults paying bill not one

    I believe the app should be set up where you can separate the payments for the water bill and the rent it shouldn’t be made as a combined payment.
