It takes too much time. I have “remember me” selected, but I have to input my login every time. There is no Face ID option. There are too many screens that I have to go through to make a payment. Each screen has a pop-up with “information” that I have to clear before I can complete the payment. Finally, it’s annoying that I have to go to another app or login or whatever to make a maintenance request. Everything should be available in one location with minimal clicks.

Why the water is 700$ why and I keep calling you guys no answer.the roof in the house is broken.to many pets gets inside the roof.since the hurricane the roof broken they come to take a picture and they don’t do nothing serious.they is a hole under the roof the animals live inside in the night we’re can’t sleep well to much noise.please I need help and the house expensive.

It was helpful if everything could be done in the same place. I have to log into the app to pay rent but have to go to a different site to place a work order. Also there's no "remember me" option so I have to type everything out each time to login

I find it convenient to be able to schedule maintenance and pay utilities and rent all through one App.

The apps fees are a little too much and on top of that it’s really hard to get maintenance scheduled. You have to go through another website so it makes things harder or you have to call in and no one speaks English very well.
