Two months after configuring the router and mesh satellites this app lost all configuration settings and login info. I had to sign up a second time and now it can’t find one of my satellites. Customer service for T-Fiber sucks so if you’re not network savvy I would avoid this. It’s not reliable.

App doesn’t give any troubleshooting or guide to anything about the fiber modem , it’s not very attentive to outages with as many frequent outages I have already experienced and I was only notified about one (not by the app) . T-mobile seems to have very little experience with building apps. I’m sure a toddler can code something better honestly.

Had TMobile Fiber for a month now. Still not able to connect to the router thru the app. Terrible app! Standing next to the router doesn’t help!

You shouldn’t have own two apps to do basic things like pay your bills or to check you devices or just manage them. If I can post picture I would. “Your app is unable to connect at this time. Please verify that your app is updated to the latest version. contact your service provider if you need further assistance.” Is all this app ever says. I used to have spectrum I switched to T-Mobile fiber in August 2025 it honestly feels like it was worst decision we have ever made because we nothing good to say and we highly don’t recommend t mobile fiber. The agents doesn’t know how to work the darn apps or T-Mobile fiber internet they send you to somewhere else they give you a runaround the technicians don’t know what’s the problem with the Internet or how to fix these apps. But obviously this has been a known issues/problem. You can’t use the app, you have to use a different app to pay your bills and it feels like a chore.

You can’t see your bill or pay it on this app so it’s kinda pointless
  • Really Disappointing App

Constant spinning circle - updating a device name or assigning it to a room/person is an exercise in patience and takes MULTIPLE attempts to save. Disappointing functionality as well - no way to limit a person/room to a certain amount of internet time per day. I don’t care if my kids can ACCESS the internet between 9am-8pm but I’d like to LIMIT that access to 2 hours per day. No way to do that and the option was available in the Cox app. Also no security/parental controls in the app (aside from changing your WiFi password), no billing options in the app, and no way to assign a device to the network closest to it - only a static map.

Can’t speak to a person. The app won’t reboot device. Service has been disconnected and can’t get in contact with anyone to resolve the issue. T mobile said it was an outage but the site said issue was resolved but I still have no service. Can’t even post this without giving a star which I’m now trying to disconnect my whole and return to spectrum but can’t even do that cause I can’t connect to anything or a person cause it keep saying it’s after hours.

T-Mobile Fiber is great but the app is not operational and should not be deployed for general use. The set up is seemingly straightforward however inevitably results in an error message and states to make sure you have the latest version. Love T-mobile Fiber, strongly dislike this application.
