    They recently changed bank and made many rule changes, customers can not call or wait hours to resolve issues or close account. Rules have changed without prior disclosures prior to moving our accounts.

    I tried linking an external bank account, but the customer service could not verify that the account was mine. T-Money customer service was unable to assist, as they could not even confirm the routing number. The app is missing a key function to properly link external accounts. When I attempted to add my account, it kept defaulting to “Customer Bank” instead of recognizing my actual bank. This needs to be fixed for smoother external transfers.

    I actually loved using them as a means for my paychecks and daily needs for at least 3 years, but then they moved to the T-Life App. Then everything went to the dumps. Card continuously is getting declined, I can’t pay my bills now, it took 3 days to even access my own money, I can’t transfer my money, it’s crazy. Don’t anyone use this for banking anymore. They do not deserve your money

    I noticed that T-money switched to T-life yesterday. I got the T-life app and told me to wait 24 hours. I log in today and still nothing and telling me to wait 24 hours. When will I get my new account?

    I have had this account for years and deeply appreciate the $50 “got your back” that doesn’t charge a fee with the option to overdraft up to that amount. It’s easy to transfer money into the account and it is safe to use. Definitely recommend.

    Best mobile banking yet. Great interest return monthly. Easy to use. So easy to pay friends who also have this app. Helpful customer service reps. Highly recommended. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer.

    I have been a customer for years. I actually transferred from Sprint money is fine app and they destroy your money however, if something should go wrong as in case they do not really help. A scammer sent me a check and hired me to do a job. I wasn’t 100% sure about the situation and I deposited a check and was told to wait four days which I was glad to make sure the Funds were available. The next thing I know they my account and they want me to research a bunch of paperwork and send it to them to prove something. I’m not sure what. The lady then close my account and sent my money back to me again a fraudulent check was written to me and a job I was promised disappeared and I didn’t receive money for the job and then T-Mobile closes my bank account so my experience is not great as far as that goes if you ever have difficulties, they’re not on your side. I thought the reason we waited four days was to make sure your funds are available. I didn’t realize that I needed to know that prior to deposit.
