    Been unable to access my T-Mobile money account for most of the day. Phone calls to customer support are useless and they lie to you. First guy told me app was down and they were getting a lot of calls about it, yet why was there no communication from T-Mobile about this app issue? Second time I called guy tried to just brush me off and told me they were now getting a lot of calls that the app was working, and that this problem with the app “happens quite frequently” so I should just “try again in 30 minutes”. I told him I had been trying for hours already. He was absolutely no help. Thank God I don’t keep any significant amounts of money in this account, but it’s still frustrating that I don’t have any access to my money.

    I can input my login, and security code and then it shows it’s processing and then it closes out of the app entirely. I have been unable to check my bank account in days.

    When this is the only way to access money with them and the app does nothing but crash?? Not a good for the customer. Deposits take FOREVER to get credited to your account and its way to complicated to get money in or out even when the app is working.

    Seriously if I could give it no stars it would be better, this ban used to be good when it started, then they switched over who knows how many times, disputes take longer than they should, they continue to say they put stop pays on something and don’t. The majority of customer service reps I’ve spoke to are rude. I asked to have mi name changed provided valid proof (SSN) which my Discovery bank gladly accepted and was able to change my name, only to have incompetent customer service tell me my proof of name changed provided valid isn’t valid, my own freaking job accepted my SSN card, but this bank is a joke.

    After being a loyal customer my account was all of a sudden frozen end of March. Come to find out agreements were sent out a month prior due to switching banks and a check box had to be selected to agree with continuing with the new account. Unfortunately, I found the notice hidden in Spam and never seen the request and lost all of my money in my account. T-Mobile money should’ve at least put a big disclaimer on the home page of the app, easy solution.. Phone lines were so busy this day I can only imagine how many people were affected…Customer service or supervisor were of no help, stated there was nothing they could do and a check will be mailed. The least we could’ve done is provided access to transfer the funds remaining and I have yet to receive my check and now it’s May 2 months later…Word of mouth goes a long way, do not bank with T-Mobile money.

    T-Mobile banking is horrible so there needs to be discrimination basis on this bank because they blamed the customer and say that they sent me an email because I opted out on something which I never did and on top of that they decided to send me a check in the mail of the remaining balance from my bank account and they closed my bank Without sending me an email or anything and then I go into my bank and they shut it down and on top of that, they decide to shut it down and I can never open a bank account in the future. It’s completely heartless of a bank to do that to someonethere needs to be a class action lawsuit again like what they did of the privacy breach on all of our phone numbers and email addresses.

    The app is great. Wish they get Zelle tho. But I have never got fees or anything else and the interest is great. And Always great customer service.
