    this app may be an easy way to control the child’s phone but it messes up all your apps! For example netflix it would not work until i offloaded the app which is when i realized that it was the this dang app! btw a little tip you can offload the app and js install it again to like do anything!

    Too complicated to setup. I ensured Family Sharing and correct settings but still my child is able to uninstall this app, rendering it useless. The best feature COULD be "pause Internet" but it requires each device to have this app installed which, as mentioned, is easily bypassed. I want a one-click way to toggle No Data on specific lines. Of course, talking directly with your kids and being open is the best foundation, but having a simple on/off tool is still needed. Instead of this app, I recommend you just go to the Tmobile web site...although that is also inefficient, it is better than this app. I recommend that Tmobile should deploy focused apps that do only one thing and do it well..for example: pick a line, toggle No Data on/off. That's it. Unfortunately, Family Mode and T-Life suffer from bloat and they are time sinks that are counterproductive.

    My mom got this app to “protect me” for my new iPhone 16 for a month and it’s causing problems, first it likes to turn off your WiFi if you try to get into an app, and the vpn barely works, I recently was looking into the other reviews and half were bad. Some taking about the problems I had and some others, but for me, I think this app destroys your trust with your parents bc they stalk you 24/7 and I think this app is not good. I’m not saying the app is bad, but it ruins relationships towards your parents. I think this app should not be for 4+ but for a different rating but I know I’m a kid , I just think that, some other ratings well think if you should get it

    THESE APP IS DEVIL AND RUINED MY INFORMATION AND MY PARENT TRYNA INVADE MY STUFF AND I SICK OF MY PARENT AND PEOPLE WHO INVENTED AWFUL APP. Tips how to escape from tmobile family mode: Step one: go to setting and turn off location and notifications on T mobile family mode Step two: Delete it the app so that they cant access your information and others. lmk if work.

    Kids have managed to get a work around and have access to internet using personal hotspot. I even shut the internet on Family Mode, however another device can still tap into the hotspot and use internet. Parents should have the ability to control this and disable it via Family Mode.
