This was my 1st relay app but it’s useless cause the calls get dropped then the says the line is busy PLUS recently I’ve gotten hackers fake number calls App hasn’t been updated in 6 months so more then likely the Dev abandoned the app Since I’m getting these fake number calls I’m going to delete this app completely There better Relay apps out there

doesn’t work at all now. Was in middle of call scheduling an appt and it cut out. Then I tried to recall but didnt work. Everytime I try to call somebody now it just says phone number in use error. Nobody is using the freaking thing but me. I tried closing and reopeing app. And restarting iPad. I tried it both on iPhone and iPad in app. I can’t make any calls with app broken. Please fix.
  • Last IP relay provider left…not great

They “get a lot of inappropriate registrations”. OK…that’s understandable. Since I also use VP, it was easy to schedule a VP call and they verified me. Porting an MSDN number into the relay database using this provider is too convoluted and unreliable. I almost lost my previous digits I’ve had since August of 2013. The CAs are typing way too many “xxxx” “xxxxxx” and not actual words. If someone calls you through this service and you don’t answer, they transcribe what your caller says into an email rather than a message you can check on TMobileIPRelay.com. I guess that makes sense nowadays. I literally only used this service for a month in 2023. It’s gone so far downhill since 2010 when my usage of IP relay services peaked. I do not plan to use this service or app again.
  • Lazy interpreters

It a hit and miss with the interpreters. Called today to see if can activate my debit card. They lied and said no options or live person available and call hanged up. I called back myself and use Live captions on IPhone and did it myself. Basically getting paid to do nothing all day but answer the phone and lie call don’t go through. Always wonder why majority of time calls not going though find a hearing person to call and verify or use Live Captions for proof they not doing their jobs

  • What a junky app!

I’m hearing impaired, and this app was recommended by a employee at t-mobile. The employee was great, but I will be canceling the service. The accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing people is terrible. The apps and service needs severe work.
  • Deaf consumers - BEWARE!

Their “interpreters” could claim your account has fraudulent activity and have the power to immediately deactivate/lock your account despite you being deaf and an ASL user! I had to provide proof that I am indeed deaf and an ASL user all because the “interpreters” at t-mobile reported me as a fraud! Unbelievable.
  • Great but can’t verify identity..

Where I live, I must go outside to make/receive RTT/TTY calls. I live it Texas which means the summer heat is brutal. Having epilepsy as well as low vision, this presents issues with both aside from the need for TTY. I was very excited to learn of this service after 2 Hours in 95 (heat index 107). I tried repeatedly to verify my identity but there was nothing for it. I answered ALL questions truthfully but it still said it could not be verified. Perplexed, I wrote an email, at least hoping for an automated “we’ll get back to you soon” message, but though I tried twice to send the email, gmail gave me an error message saying some things would not be saved. Tried through the browser in case it was an app error and the results were the same. I am very very frustrated at this point as I need the access for the reasons stated and have not been able to find an alternative that with work with my iPhone.
  • Great service but app needs some improvements

I consider T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) IP Relay to be one of the best relay operators. For that reason alone I will probably be using them all the time. However, I think there are some things that could be implemented to make the app more convenient to use. 1. Send words automatically as I type. I always like to enable sending my words as I type on the T-Mobile IP Relay website. This makes for a much smoother conversation as the person I’m calling doesn’t have to wait for me to type my entire message and send it. 2. Add the ability to block numbers in the app. I get quite a few spam calls daily and I usually have to type the numbers online on my computer to block them as the app doesn’t have this ability. An option to subscribe to a spam call blocking service would be even better! Those are two things I think that would greatly improve the app’s usefulness for me and another people. Thank you!
