Did anyone try using this app with a phone number that is part of a family plan membership? Which phone number in the family plan??? Whose email ID??? What password??? You do realize the way your family plan works don't you? I should have to call my brother in law to get his password? Seriously?

Love Digits. It allows me to answer my work desk phone (line link), from my cellphone when I’m working away from the office. The Android version works better than the iPhone version because it will let you use custom ringtones. Also problems sending pictures in messages from iPhone 16. Easily to accidentally make a call. Keypad doesn’t seem to work with auto attendants.

I have tried reporting it for over a year if you know how a parent and child security protocol is this app allows the child to see everything the parent does and respond as parent while the parent is not notified . Engineering responded saying this is how it’s intended but I know the agent wrote the ticket wrong so I have to post it here to get it fixed please contact me I will explain in detail with examples

Constantly sign out. Have to restart. Text messages sent to clients do not always go through and at times will get sent in parts, rather than a complete text message. Very frustrating to say the least.

seriously first the app won’t even start unless you turn on notifications. that right there is immediately why this got deleted and ignored. they want to force push notifications on your device. Probably So they get a callback with metadata…

It’s an affordable option for basic calling with a limited line. Making and receiving calls works well, but receiving text messages (SMS) is unreliable.
  • Garbage - Avoid at all costs

Useless app. T-Mobile has given up on Digits being remotely functional. App will not keep you logged in to your number. Always have to check to make sure I’m logged in so I can receive calls and texts.

Trying to use Digits as a 2nd line for a business, but nearly all of our clients receive texts chopped up and missing words. Often will not even send texts Caller ID all over the place and often labels the call as if I’m calling myself. No customer service support whatsoever to resolve any issues

Not even able to try this very poorly rated app as it freezes up when inputting my password. Deleted the app and reinstalled, same thing. This a very bad app if you can’t even log in.
