    no problems with wifi any other way but when i try to play a game i get completely lagged out. id love a way to prioritize my device but i don’t know how.

    I have not been able to use this app on my iPhone 7 Plus for almost a year. It says I can download a compatible version and that one still don’t work. My phone still works just fine. My car is 20 years old and still works perfect I would expect my phone apps to do the same.

    I clearly see on my acct that I owe $267 even though I already paid last month (~$140) Today I still get charged $267 instead of the usual (~$140) for this new month Where does $267 come from? No one knows Officially removing myself from T Mobile

    On my SE iPhone I cannot complete the prize form. The rule information overlaps the form and I cannot input the email or submit. Disappointing.

    The app no longer signs in completely. It’s stuck in a loop of loading and never loads. App is up to date and has been deleted and reinstalled twice.

    After they want you to use this app, the feature to see the bill summary is not working, or it says it is temporarily unavailable. They are actually hiding the summary in case they are overcharging. Fix this, and I changed my rating.
  • Don’t Buy A Kids SyncUP Watch!!!!

    Ever since this new app rolled out my kids syncup watches lost a lot of their functionality. I could no longer see their location, add contacts, adjust school mode, etc.. T Mobile told me to factory reset the watches to connect to the new app and now the watches are completely useless. I can’t connect them to the app for settings or even make calls or texts! I have 4+ hours on the phone being told to reinstall the app a million times, waiting for them to resend line signals, changing my account email, you name it…and nothing! They won’t refund my balance owed on the watches that do nothing either! Oh, and the new version watch has a charger that if it breaks, there is no replacement charger available. So you’d have a useless watch there too. What a joke! Going to file a FCC complaint next.

    I like my T-Mobile service but this app is garbage. Constantly wanting me to upload all contacts and photos from my phone into their app, which is not going to happen. Wanted to buy a new phone but the menu system is useless and keeps me in some weird loop. Forget it. I’ll buy it from Apple.
