  • Sweepstakes Scam

The offers in the T-Life app ONLY work for things like Jamba Juice, 7-11, Little Caesar’s, etc. The game giveaways, like the current Xbox giveaway, works. But what doesn’t work are the sweepstakes, like the current $10K sweepstakes. When you tap the tile to enter, the app opens a browser window that is completely blank - nothing on it. This has been the case with the two previous sweepstakes giveaways, too. I even tried copying/pasting the URL into the Safari iOS browser, and same result. Same with the Chrome mobile browser, Firefox for iOS. All three browsers work for everything else, and everything else in the T-Life app works. Only the sweepstakes are impossible to participate in. That’s likely illegal, whether intentional or not.

I like how I can turn on a scam blocker and I recommend for all T mobile users

They set up notifications in a way that if you try to disable their UNWANTED SPAM notifications, it will disable critical alerts. Missed your payment? Got hacked? Well guess what. You didn’t pay the piper with your screen space in T-Mobile advertisements so here’s a late payment, missed fee, important notification WE DELIBERATELY prevented you from getting because we are GREEDY. Filed a FCC complaint and I suggest you do too.
  • All-In-One App is TERRIBLE! Scam Shield is buried.

The all-in-one app that T-Mobile moved to is terrible. Yes it can be a pain to have multiple apps for T-Mobile, but the ScamShield is virtually useless. It’s buried so far in the app that it’s nearly inaccessible. Sometimes it populates in the menu, but so infrequently it has become a waste of time to check it. I’ve resorted to blocking number on my phone instead of at the carrier level. I hope I never need a new phone, I’ll be starting all over again. Can we have the ScamShield app back please?!

  • Formal Complaint – Incorrect Billing After Account Cancellation

    1
    By Frank Alvare
I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with how my account cancellation was handled. I was a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. About three months ago, I called to cancel my account and was clearly told that the account was fully canceled. However, when I later tried to log in using my primary number, the system showed inconsistent information—sometimes indicating the account was canceled, other times showing it as active. I had four lines and one device. During the transfer to a new carrier, one of the numbers failed to port due to an error on T-Mobile’s side. That line remained active even though I was told the entire account had been canceled. Because of this internal failure, T-Mobile continued charging me the full monthly amount for all four lines for three additional months, even though only one line was technically active and unusable. When I contacted T-Mobile again, the issue had to be escalated to another department, including technical teams, and even then the number was never successfully transferred. In the end, I was told that because I didn’t notice the incorrect charges immediately, T-Mobile would not refund the full amount and would only offer $40, despite having charged me approximately $300 incorrectly. This situation reflects a serious failure in account cancellation, billing accuracy, and customer responsibility. After more than a decade of loyalty, this outcome is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be reviewed seriously and a fair resolution to be provided.

4 bars, 5g and my phone movies like I’m in the middle of nowhere ? I’m sick of T-Mobile now. I pay my bill every month, no reason why my services is buffering EVERYDAY on 4 bars and 5g lit like a Christmas tree. I have a 30 minute break and I sat all 30 minutes waiting for my health insurance to load so I can pay the bill.. I’m sick and tired of T-Mobile
  • Can’t manage my prepaid plan in the app

Recently the automated texts I receive for my autopay on my prepaid plan began to use links that open to this app instead of the T-mobile website. So I downloaded this app to try it, however it always says “oops there was an error” when I try to view my bill or manage my payment. Uninstalled 😤
  • Customer Service Is Incompetent

They literally can do nothing for you. Had one guy just sit and laugh. Try canceling your service and you will find out how ridiculous they are. This company hides behind lazy good for nothing foreign “customer service reps” If you do find someone who helps all they do is “escalate” your issue to another lazy good for nothing. This company is garbage. Their products are garbage and they have customer service to match.
