    I have had issues every time I tried filing a claim. Once I spoke to the representative, I thought it would get better but I never received the link to my phone they claimed to have sent. Not sure what’s going on but I didn’t imagine it would be this difficult to get my phone fixed after paying for coverage since 2016 and never using it, until now.

    I have been trying for the last 3 to 4 months to get this phone fixed I’m paying for services that don’t even work. I get hung up on at least six times a day. My car should drop you have me take it to a Apple Store. They say they can’t do nothing take $780 and hold it on my account so I get a phone what I paying for service with y’all for this is the worst plan 360 don’t work. It’s just a name that they have to act like they’re doing something for people very irritated. Oh my God, Karen.
