    My phone was stolen in Greece. I reported it stolen immediately and requested that a replacement phone be sent. They said it cannot be sent to Greece and we should ask for it to be sent when we are back in the U.S. We had to have my son in the U.S. courier an old spare phone while we were in Europe. The link sent to me did not even work in Europe. When we returned after a few weeks, and filed the claim on return home to U.S. it has been refused. That is absurd. We should have been informed when we took insurance that it was only applicable for losses in the U.S. This is consumer fraud and needs to be addressed. We will never ever have insurance from T-Mobile.

    T-Mobile protection is fraud. There is no way you can file a claim every route leads you no where

    I want to change this to less stars. The process of filing the claim was user friendly. The location I chose to have the phone repaired was not a good choice. The tech that repairs iPhones leaves at 6p but you can make an appointment through close of business. I wanted to get my phone repaired tonight at the next available appointment. Good thing I called. I was told the iPhone tech leaves at 6p. At 6:11p I was told he was leaving. Even though the schedule online was allowing me to make an appointment for 7. I would have driven all that way for NOTHING!!!! Now I need to figure out how to change the location. I DO NOT want to go to Charlottesville.

    But didn’t file claim in timeframe per contract. I dropped it months ago. Got small crack on front screen, no big deal. I went to turn in to upgrade my 13 to newest version and they wouldn’t take it , they said file claim. I tried to file claim online and my time for filing is passed. I’ll be searching another provider. I am happy w TMobile other than this and price for new phone
