    I first got a cell phone and service about two weeks ago through T-Mobile and I am so impressed so far but I do have one concern people keep trading me phones and using same type of phones or computer to be like a added device to get my phone calls or text or whatever other reasons they have like doing evil stuff with the other phones and I think they plan on trying to blame me for those things so if y’all could put a stop to that or at least know what exactly I do on my phone so the people who really matter will know I’m not responsible I would love you guys as much as I am able even more plus it could for future references save me a lot of issues love you guys and beautiful amazing perfect women at us cellular which the store I got phone service at was in the process of switching over to T- Mobile and T-Mobile y’all are incredible KUDOOOOS peeps!

    It is pretty random as far as what replacement device they will send you. I received one with cracks in the screen, as well as another one with a battery health just over 80%. They said that they don't check for those sort of things and that it has the insurance company that handles it instead of T-Mobile, so not much accountability.

    Put in my first claim they tell me my phone wasn’t covered at that time when I’ve had the phone over 2 years and have been covered the whole time?? Lets you know you are paying monthly for nothing!!

    My phone was stolen in Greece. I reported it stolen immediately and requested that a replacement phone be sent. They said it cannot be sent to Greece and we should ask for it to be sent when we are back in the U.S. We had to have my son in the U.S. courier an old spare phone while we were in Europe. The link sent to me did not even work in Europe. When we returned after a few weeks, and filed the claim on return home to U.S. it has been refused. That is absurd. We should have been informed when we took insurance that it was only applicable for losses in the U.S. This is consumer fraud and needs to be addressed. We will never ever have insurance from T-Mobile.

    I want to change this to less stars. The process of filing the claim was user friendly. The location I chose to have the phone repaired was not a good choice. The tech that repairs iPhones leaves at 6p but you can make an appointment through close of business. I wanted to get my phone repaired tonight at the next available appointment. Good thing I called. I was told the iPhone tech leaves at 6p. At 6:11p I was told he was leaving. Even though the schedule online was allowing me to make an appointment for 7. I would have driven all that way for NOTHING!!!! Now I need to figure out how to change the location. I DO NOT want to go to Charlottesville.
