This app has been nothing but a waste of time. It never loads and I’ve Ollie received error codes. I’ve sent several longs concerning the error but have received not feedback or resolution. Customer service is none existent.
  • This app is a joke

Every time I put in my phone number to use the app it says I’m not a T-Mobile Customer which I have been for many many years. This is something new that’s going on. With T-Mobile also there is no iPhone on us. That is a fake ad. They charge you the price of the phone above and beyond your regular bill.

Now it doesn’t work - support doesn’t speak English - what now? Paying for this hunk of junk and it crashes.
  • Incorrect security risk

This dumb app just warned me that the only threat it found to my phone is “Your iOS software is out of date”. Yet Apple does not have any updates pending for me. Glad I didn’t pay for this junk. Deleting.

Any company that makes you run a VPN on iOS devices are out to track and sell us for our data, no matter how much we attempt manage it. "These attacks were reported to Cisco by Dr. Mathy Vanhoef of New York University Abu Dhabi. Cisco would like to thank Dr. Vanhoef for his continued help and support." Go to GitHub and look it up.

I love McAfee Security for T-Mobile, but unfortunately, it doesn’t let you use the app 100% to keep protected because they only give you a few options that are at no charge… I’m disabled. I don’t have the finances and for somebody with a brain issue. I sure need a good security, especially since I had to turn my beautiful iPhone 13 into T-Mobile because it just stopped. I loved that phone, but it just RIP not fix. So they got me this refurbished. I do not think it’s the same size. It’s too small for my auto box which falls off and it’s a psycho phone… It has it don’t mind. I’m trying to fix it and make it better but it just will not in certain areas and so I do wish I was able to afford the full security, but it is what it is. At least you can run how the Wi-Fi is working in the network. Thank you God bless you.

After using MC V. for years with bad results ( see others complaints) I switched to FREE apps like Avast and others including VPN. They work. Do your homework, don't just believe sales. Good luck.
  • Took away included vpn with the update.

The vpn used to be included but now it costs extra. The his happened without warning. I was wondering why my location was all the sudden visible again. Smh.
