    Manage my profile won’t even load. It just buffers indefinitely. A couple of other options are the same. I ended up calling instead.

    My bill went up $10.94 from the previous month. The changes were easy to find, one increase was explained as a promo that ended, but a $0.99 increase on each line was unexplained. The app is helpful but still doesn’t eliminate the need to call for live-person help. Still frustrating.

    This app used to show usage data so I could track it. Now it’s basically a billing app, which is useless. I already know how much I paid and when.

  • Poor arrangement of info always selling not helping

    The myATT app has no way to really report issues. The billing is indecipherable the chat disconnects you and you have to start over. These are only the most recent issues. My internet service was started with th fiber laying on the ground almost two weeks ago. They had someone out to bury it but decided they need to run another way and would be back in a couple of days. Hahahaha NOT

    One of the dumbest apps around. Filled with false info. As crooked as they come! They jack up data usage as random as they are flatulent. Nothing is transparent nor consistent!
