    Your app sucks. You ask how cane we help. Then you try to sell new services or upgrade phones or tell us how good we are doing…. Your not doing good. Add a phone number or a web site so I can ask a question. I have the same over charges this month that I had last month at a cost $146.00. So wouldn’t you like to talk to someone about this issue because I do.

    Much like AT&T itself, the app has no provision for customer service when you can inexplicably no longer sign in to your account. It works for a few months, perhaps a year or more, but there will come a day when your login no longer works, either the user ID (when was the last time you had to recall that) or the password that has worked all this time, but now no longer does. The kicker is, you don’t know WHICH suddenly no longer meets the requirements of AT&T. Good luck!

    I’ve been with AT&T for six years and now I have Internet through AT&T with fiber and all service has been amazing with all the discounts on my account with five family members on my account has saved so much in a bundle and way worth anything. I highly recommend going to AT&T the app is absolutely amazing. You can pay your bill manage your devices look through all information in regards of each device and what is being paid for what it’s very itemized on your bills to see what devices are being charged with what and customer service is actually outstanding.

    Says free trial unlimited talk n text download get number make say says numer expired log in website says pay $25 for phone calls n text they're either lying or hiding the fee in some fine print somewhere, I tried for 2 days to get the issue resolved and was either hung up on irbtiod I need to call or message another department, sent link and was where I already was so I give up, I don't recommend

    This app hardly ever works. It takes forever to load and gives me error messages almost every time I try to purchase anything. It’s awful, AT&T need some serious help with their IT department.
