    You’d think that a company as big as AT&T would have a website and app that ran smoothly however, this is the worst website and app experience I have ever had. Get it together AT&T! Be better.

    I have been trying to transfer billing responsibility for an I-Phone and an I-Watch to another account for over a month. The watch and phone belong to the same person. First time I tried, the watch transfer and not the phone. Really. Tried again, recipient agrees in the email, but can’t be completed. Go into a company owned store, same result, can’t complete the task, try again on the app, same outcome. Call a company CSR , same result, task can’t be completed. Incompetence all the way around.

    When I swapped to AT&T, I was quoted $135 for my lines but I end up paying over $180. The second thing that’s really annoying is that when I traded in my phones, the store associate said our new phones would be paid off completely which they are not. They pretty much lied on the service price and trapped me into paying off the new phones for 3yrs which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend

    The app has no idea that I’m waiting on the results of a trade in which they received nearly 10 days ago, according to the UPS tracking. The chatbot is a moron. Where is all that fancy AI we keep hearing about? You get nowhere with it and must wait on a human. Be prepared for up to a full hour of painfully slow chat interaction before you can get your issue resolved.
