    The app wants to send an SMS to a number different than primary account, while MFA is OFF off for my (primary) account. This started after getting a new phone. Deleted app and tried again. Same garbage. Can’t login without kid’s phone now

    The app basically lets you do what you need to do, but honestly it needs a UI upgrade, navigating through the business side of it through a scaled down webpage just kills me for me.

    Since they updated to the “swipe to pay” it just spins endlessly. Prior to this update I never had any issues with Apple Pay for my bill. Obviously AT&T developers are too narcissistic to believe they can make a mistake so why test it?

    I’m new to At&t and just reset my password. The app kept freezing and I had to go through so many steps to confirm account. After all that it sent me back to the login and my new password didn’t work.

    Yesterday while paying my bill, it told me I qualified for an upgrade so I did the upgrade paid $99 woke up this morning to an email saying that the order was canceled because they don’t have any inventory and now they’re trying to charge me another $99 to try to upgrade and nobody can give me an answer if the initial $99 was ever canceled. I’ve gone through 18 minutes of chat with this mobile app And I think it’s time for T-Mobile after being with them for 20 for since 1999 Other than that great
