    If I owned a business which took payments on line, I’d make the act of giving me money ridiculously easy. This app makes it impossible.

    Yes, convenient for bill pay etc… However when touch aviation from device - th screens “I’ve react” jumping to unwanted places from which there is no return - necessitating starting over multiple times… frustrating…..

    Trying to access my account info is so confusing… first you have to go through unwanted offers, then passwords, login accounts that get mixed with phone number, email, login name, now I have to call someone and spend time waiting like I have nothing better to do with my life.

    I was told by the AT&T rep the price of service would never increase. It did. Customer service said tough luck. They constantly have reps coming to my house they tell me the price shouldn’t change but it does.

    Won’t connect and doesn’t try to fix the problem. We have been with ATT since the first bag phones came out. Up until recently most problems have addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. We’re shopping - any dissatisfied customers have a any suggestions?
