    App not user friendly for a 64 year old widow. For some reason my account has 2 different ID’s so unable to do anything. I am trying to get my phone unlocked and AT& T has made it impossible. Afraid I have to call customer service, hopefully I can understand the person on the other end.

    I went from post-paid to pre-paid. AT&T pre-paid wasis (is) entirely off-shore. AT&T has abondoned it’s American customers at the hands of this exclusively “off-shore” customer service. It is horrible. They disconnect the calls. They don’t call back. They instituted a new and different roll over plan last year without any notification. Whereby they have literally reduced my rollover to zero. I’m supposed to get 5gb per month. My usage has averaged 1gb per month for years. Last time I checked sometime last year I had 6 or 7 GB’s. Now your off-shore team tells me they are gone and at some point I had zero GB’s. And that your GB’s do not grow anymore - they are just - well tantamount to theft - taken away! My plan renewed this past Monday. I reset it then. Now today, Friday it’s showing that in 5 days I’ve used 1.5 GB’s. I asked to be transferred to the US and Michael, the Supervisor told me he could not transfer me and I would just have to keep calling until I reached the US. I believe the off shore customer service people are committing crimes with impunity, in their handling of accounts. Changing, implementing anti-customer processes without informing. Mrs. N.T.W.     Strange they don’t offer a zero star rating to select. They make it impossible to talk to a human being. Just had an equipment question. Hate them so much. Looking into a new internet provider now.

    I have tried multiple times over multiple days, months, years to load the information on my internet, U-Verse, or land line but all the app does is spin. It never comes up. I was hoping to see options of what can be added or changed but it never comes up!!

    I wouldn’t recommend AT&T to anyone I missed a payment my account was closed for less than 45 days they sent it to collections paid the full past due balance within less than 30 days then paid the remaining device payment unable to get my account restored. Verizon is expensive but you can get your account restored after you pay the full payment unlike AT&T don’t start with a device unless it’s a phone because you can’t add anything to account they make you do another account online shopping is very fake unless you have a phone already with them. VERIZON is much easier to work with

    I’ve been completely dissatisfied with this app since it updated to the current format. Please tell me WHY I need to log in TWICE to see my account information and why the site mapping is unreliable. The support icon is never working and it’s way too complicated to figure out where to go to find who to call. It would be way more efficient if you had a main number to call where your human customer service support reps are the first points of contact and they transfer to the appropriate departments based on the issue. Also, we should be able to easily see our plan’s details with the breakdown for each line and device associated with our account. If we were offered any incentives or given access to third party products, that should be easily accessible with the touch of a link or icon. As of now, the app in its current state is not user friendly and not worth the frustration it causes to get simple answers to questions we, as customers, pay AT&T good money to provide.

    Every time I use the app something changes a broken. Now it won’t send the verification code so I can’t log in online or make the changes I need to in the app. Get the bugs fixed, devs!
