    I have been with AT&T for nine years and have still paid close to $103 dollars for a phone plan that is originally $60. I’m trying to figure out how a $60 dollar plan turns into a $103. My bill increases in small increments, but nonetheless it increases as well. Whether it be a dollar here or a dollar there. Every time I’ve paid a phone off with them the “system crashes” and I end up having to purchase another one lo and behold. I have done trade ins every time and was told that I revised the “full trade in value” but the very obvious thing is the difference in my bill being $60 to $103 makes up for the amount of my phone in all the “extras” they charge you. I have even removed the insurance and it was supposed to take off $17 dollars and then again it started going up. Insurance is a scam if when I pay my phone off the software always seems to “crash” or get a “virus.” I now am unable to access my account information from the app and every time I attempt it takes me back to the Home Screen. I have had this issue for months along with them trying to pull money from my account days early and I have even had emails sent to me saying my payment didn’t go through a week prior to the initial payment date. I called and spoke with them about it and they informed me it wasn’t them. That in return led me to believe their mass “dark web” hack a long with a lot of the other “cooperate big wigs” who seemingly were hacked by the dark web as well was intentional and that AT&T has sold our information. I’m getting really tired of paying $103 bucks for a $60 dollar plan and $1,300 dollars for phones that you tax on the bill that are supposedly credited but they are not. It’s a scam and you’re stealing from people. Sincerely your tired, fed up customer of 9 years whose information was leaked by you to the Dark Web. I was gonna give zero stars but it wouldn’t allow me to.

    Well, I guess I’ve become a victim of Planned Obsolescence… Can’t load new app to look at information. Phone keeps disconnecting and giving the “No Service” message…

    I switched to ATT from Verizon and received a $300 bill the first month. The contract store in Newport Oregon scammed me, signed me up for a business account etc etc, ATT won’t fix it. The wifi internet service doesn’t work. Even after multiple communications and hours on hold and with useless chats, we don’t have service and the bill is well over what I authorized when I signed up. Customer service agents are “unable to help.” Currently on hold the third time again today …
