This is about as horrible of an app as I expected it to be. Countless tricks to get you to enable paid services that have no real function whatsoever. It’s very upsetting that AT&T handles privacy how they have with this- I did not have to login AT ALL to begin administering my account because apparently Apple gave up my phone number to the app. Major security problem with this platform. UPDATE: read the below response from the developer to see just how completely tone deaf AT&T actually is. They didn’t even read what I wrote.

The app often does not load all the devices on a profile. It is a very glitchy app. It rarely works correctly. A TNT can do better than this!

Setting up this unit was fairly straightforward and easy to use. It even tells you the best place to place the modem with the help of your phone. Many other helpful items and tips are included also.
  • Awful app

The app is useless. Three times I followed the poor AI directions and all it did was tell me call someone. Than I have my internet working and I go to enable a profile and it says I have no network - well how am I on the internet than? Fail ATT
