  • Couldn't set up hub

    The setup flow was a total fail on the iPhone 14 Pro. The app didn't focus the camera so it couldn't read the QR code. After manually entrring the device serial number instead, the app ended up at a blank white screen and stayed that way. The hub was plugged in the whole time and the LEDs didn't show any activity. Had to call support and they activated it remotely. It was a pain.

    Never works, always loading. The parental controls are terrible and a headache to manage. I can’t watch till something else besides At&t is available in my area. 🙄

    Was very good when I first got it, but now will not connect. Error message “ Experiencing system error. Please try again later. “ This has been weeks now.

    Parents use this feature to manage their kids’ wifi consumption. It’s been down on and on for weeks. PLEASE FIX IT ALREADY

    I usually hate apps like this but it has grown on me and I think it provides a lot of convenience. I have never had luck with the remote router restart function, but that’s because it’s always equipment issues. If you have cameras that connect to WI-FI this is a great app to have when you are away because it notifies you when your internet is down. For me that is how I know a worker in my house didn’t simply unplug my equipment.
  • Horrible since I upgraded my service

    I recently upgraded my service on att internet, and since then have had nothing but issues with the att smart home manager app. If I could give negative stars I would. I cannot see or manage my devices, check my usage or set time parameters for my teens’ internet usage. When calling for technical help, the solution is to unplug the router and start it again—which interrupts everyone’s internet for 10-15 minutes. I also have extenders for my home, and when the router is unplugged, all three extenders have to be reset as well. The whole process takes over an hour, and it is very frustrating, to say the least. I have unplugged and reset my router more times than I can count, to no avail. It used to be a great app, but alas, not any more. ATT please address this issue, so the app does what it claims to do!
  • Network utilization rarely works

    I try to use this app to monitor my network…are the kids using things at night…are there devices utilizing much more bandwidth that expected, etc. Probably 9 times out of 10, the app fails to load that information. If you struggle to load the visualization (for whatever reason) at least provide raw data in a table form or something.
  • Unable to turn off certain notifications

    New to the app but something I noticed is I go into app preferences and then for push notifications I turn off “update and reminder “ and when I go back and then back into app preferences again it is still on 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    What is the point of this email? I had internet fiber cable hooked up on 11-2-2024. Am I supposed to do something else. I signed up for this new internet because ATT threatened to terminate my internet if I didn’t. Please respond.
