This app is very good at keeping your device up to excellent working condition

Very easy to navigate with accurate information results

I can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use this app, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial,sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end. I wish they would revamp the app. In order for your phone to work properly, you have to call customer service and have them do a reproviision on their end you can’t do it yourself

This app help me to diagnose some problem and fix bugs that I had, the phone much more faster !

If zero stars were an option I would have given it. iPhones have an app called Tips. If I wanted to know about my device, I would simply open the app that came with my iPhone. This device app does not help me whatsoever.

I have Att just for wireless cell phones. I always have barely any bars for cellular at home. Theres no option to test cellular service!! Just wi-fi. i don't have Wi-fi through ATT. I want to know why i don't have cellular service most times

I can’t seem to delete this app from my App Library. Help please! Apple says I’ve been hacked. Please respond soon!

I contacted them recently about slow data speeds on my iPad Pro M4. I tried to refresh the SIM. They ran into a snag and then I tried to do a Speedtest and it told me to connect to Wi-Fi when I’m checking the data connection so… Yeah, another absolutely useless hunk of junk from att… any other review on here that says different is a bot. This app has never helped anybody with their device ever. I guarantee that…….
