I am a lifelong AT&T Communication Services customer. I've enjoyed very reliable and excellent service with AT&T Landline, Long Distance and Mobile Wireless. But any time I have used anything other than that core competency, such as Uverse, Digital Life, Photo Storage, I'm sorry ... AT&T just does not have lasting power. Nor commitment to their customers. It's all fly by night. Here today, gone tomorrow. I would not subscribe to any non-Comm service offered by AT&T. Dabbling isn't a good business practice, AT&T. Please refrain. Thank you.

Crashes all the time. Freezes , won’t let you delete pics or vids & won’t even open a lot of times. Been having these problems for a few years. I myself & others keep telling them. They just won’t actually fix any of these issues long term. I think we’re just all test subjects for them.

Moved my account from my ex wife’s and started my own att account. Lost ALL. My saved photos. Glad they are discontinuing it. I’ll stick with storing them on Facebook

I’m tired of having to delete and reinstall. I’m tired of being signed out and not being able to sign back in. I just got an alert that service would be discontinued, but when I clicked on it, the window that opened up with what to do next had an error and then I couldn’t get back to the alert. Too much stress for something that should be reliable.
When I am in my account, I can’t access photos without scrolling back through everything. There’s no way to organize photos. Very disappointed.
