App won’t even open anymore.

Needs to have a password when opening back up the app otherwise anybody can just open it

You guys TRULY need to update this app. At *bare minimum* simply fix the issue that’s causing the app to crash immediately upon opening! This has been going on for longer than I can even remember back to! How on earth can you expect people to TRUST you with their precious, irreplaceable photos, and/or pay to subscribe to your cloud, or any of your services/other apps if something like such a *basic* bare minimum, I’m sure somewhat easily fixable issue to go on for SO LONG, without a single word, an update, an ATTEMPT….anything!! Honestly, it’s for reasons JUST like these, (& a few others that are very clear to see throughout the reviews, although that’s for a different place/time—) that the vast majority of my photos/videos, while backed up (?maybe?.as sometimes I’d get wildly different answers to that question depending on what I was seeing upon opening it up (But at least then, I COULD OPEN IT UP!!) there have been only a small HANDFUL, nothing of great importance, that I’ve actually felt secure enough in deleting from my device. Anyways, you guys are doing yourselves NO FAVORS being so lackadaisical (at BEST) for an app that’s trying to compete with the likes of iCloud, google photos…& so on. It’s aggravating enough not being able to back up your stuff. When that issue goes on for what has to have been months by now, if not close, that annoyance has become anger, worry, especially the people who have put their TRUST and their PHOTOS in your app, based on the claims/promises of said app. They haven’t even been able to ACCESS their photos in this long now. (TL;DR: Not a good look…..)

Worked just fine when I first downloaded it but now I’m having issues getting into the app without it glitching out right as I try to open the app

I have tried several times since my purchase of the newest flagship iPhone to open this app without success. It opens then immediately closes. When will this be addressed?

I saved them all yesterday and am in the process of learning more about the app. As an AT&T retiree, I’m very happy to share the app existence for them to use, thank you for setting it up…

I wanted to like this app so much. I even went through and deleted photos off my camera roll to create space on my phone thinking it was safely backed up onto this app. Boy was I wrong. I can’t even get into the app anymore and when I do it won’t even let me download the photos. Right now if I try to open that app it crashes. Not sure how I’m supposed to recover my photos now but I’m very upset. After reading these reviews I wish I never downloaded this app in the first place.

I downloaded the app on my iPhone and it’s stuck at the “enter your email to get started” screen. The field will not accept any input. Can not proceed. I was able to start it on my iPad though. Has a bug.
