    Went to buy some phones had my own Internet service at home with Comcast. Yes I was paying a little more but I was talked into getting Internet via T-Mobile and it’s gonna be 5G in the whole shebang. It’s already been about 10 days and I’m getting two bars on my Internet cut outrebooting I’m not happy for 40 bucks. I’d probably pay just $60 more and just go back to my old service. They really made it sound good when I was buying it originally shake my head.

    I had a bad anxiety attack around 2am when I woke up and saw that I had no phone services, no WiFi, no internet, no security and I’m on auto pay. This keeps happening with no warning.

    Pretty crappy app it doesn’t let you do too much and anyone can just hop on if they have a tiny bit of knowledge how it works. Even with a set password they still get on. Very basic app good for people that do t need to do much in the app. So 2 stars I need more options and control over my equipment and this just doesn’t cut it forBBB me being an IT GUY

  • Won’t stay connected

    Been dealing with this issue for almost a month. Won’t stay connected for more than about 20 minutes at a time. They keep saying it’s a tower issue. Then fix the darned tower. You take my money for a service I can barely use. Maybe it’s time to switch back to a different service.

    When the signal works it works! But do I find myself having to reboot the modem more frequently than with other cable providers. It’s not bad but could definitely use a service boost.
