This was my go to app for car rental and hotels. Now I have to enter my number and so many inputs now just to see pricing. I’ll just stick to Bonvoy app and properties

I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile for well over five years. The previous apps, including T-Mobile Tuesdays, the regular T-Mobile app, and the T-Mobile Internet app were pretty good. This combined app is a real step backwards. The Internet app didn’t have very good control over the modem, but the T-life app is far worse. It actually makes me sad that T-Mobile would make such a boneheaded change. T-Mobile Tuesday is also worse than it was before. Much harder to navigate and find what I’m looking for. I called T-Mobile customer service the other day to complain, and they told me to be patient, as the app is definitely still in development and will get better. Of course, that remains to be seen.

I only use T-Mobile for home internet. The original T-Mobile home internet app was perfect. Simple, to the point, and labeled my devices automatically. The new app makes me hunt to find the home internet section, always crashes, and only labels my devices by what I assume is their MAC address. I disable/enable devices daily to improve speeds. This whole app is a pain, and has me looking at other carriers. No reason to get rid of original app.
  • Constant updates will eventually will make older phones obsolete

App is constantly being updated. So much more so than any other app known. And unless you update, you can’t use the app. Eventually, older phones will not be able to update and will therefore be unable to use the app. This must be T-Mobile's plan. To make your old phone on an non-updateble iOS unable to run their app. Prompting you to go to T-Mobile to buy a new phone and T-Mobile makes $$$
  • Dumbest idea I’ve ever seen - Home Internet app part of T-Life

Home Internet app is a Utility app, including the function to maintain your gateway and internet service with in an app where you go access coupons, offers and benefits is plain stupid. When I’m having issues with my internet gateway/service, I don’t want see to ads for other products in trying to access the utility for the gateway. It have must of been the ‘brain child’ of some marketing idiots and thought “let’s tell them about other things T-Mobile offers, while their T-Mobile Gateway just shut down.” I don’t have an issue with the apps as separate apps, but combined is idiotic and not effective trying to click/scroll through ads to fix an issue.

I’ve been a part of the T-Mobile family for now 25 years. Their recent enhancements to the system, and for sure these Magenta status and T-Mobile Tuesday benefits, are very exciting and valuable. The USA TODAY newspaper value was a home run!

Please don’t remove the home internet app as I have to use that one to set screen time for kids since the t life app crashes when loading up all connected devices. Also please have a way we can name the specific devices. We are very limited on what we can do.

I love this app because we get amazing deals a good prices but one thing is that I have been waiting for the Crocs for over a month they still haven’t come back. I see them all the time but now they’re just not showing up I love this app but it stinks when you have to wait for a deal you really want
