  • Too much storyline interference

    Things are constantly popping up while you play and it interferes with gameplay. Got really annoying and I couldn't take it anymore. Every puzzle before, during, and after has something that pops up despite that there are no ads. I'd rather watch ads than not be able to just play a puzzle with something that pops up during the puzzle. Great idea but there should be more thought into the gameplay. Deleted out of frustration.

    I have been playing this game for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. But no more. I haven’t played since the banner ads appeared. They are disappointing, very distracting and pointless. It ruins the game play for me. Why?? Especially when a player can watch ads willingly to win power ups, trophies, moves etc. With wishful thinking, PLEASE CONSIDER removing the banner ads in game play.

  • Was Fun Before Ad Overload

    I’ve played this game from almost the beginning, it was fun following the storyline and playing a balance of challenging and not so challenging levels. Recently though this app has become like any other game app out there: overwhelmed with ads. It slows the game down and distracts from the graphics the developers had created. The ads at the top of the levels significantly cheapens the look of the app. And the inability to skip long ads, not worth the time, I’ll find something else to pass the time. Bring back the OG version.

  • Event game disappeared

    Yesterday, 12/2/25, the event game disappeared. I am not sure of the exact name; but it is the one that you collect while playing suitcases, Luna’s glasses, or gems the color of each house. The one that was up was for Slytherin and I had to get approx 200 more gems with 19hrs left on the last one to receive the 6 cards and it just disappeared. I look again today 12/3 and it is still gone. What a disappointment when I was almost done. Is this discontinued??? Also, is quidditch gone for good too? Not collecting ribbons anymore that I have noticed.

    We should get some coins for streaks and be able to watch adds for more moves especially when you have a streak going. The way you guys do it just feels like a money grab

  • Greedy Developers Have Ruined The Game

    I have played this game for over 5 years, have finished all of the story levels until new ones drop each week & am at Legends puzzle level 69,556. It’s been my daily stress reliever. I have never spent any real money on the game, however, I have watched hundreds of ads each week for power ups & extra moves. There have been monthly challenges that you could upgrade to a premium level by using coins that you earn in the game. I have been doing those upgrades for over 3 1/2 years until last month. Last month they changed the game so the only way to upgrade is by paying real money which I refuse to do. I thought it might have been a one time change. The new challenge that started today also requires money to upgrade. What’s even more frustrating is that the option to watch ads for extra moves almost never shows up because they want you to pay for the challenge upgrade instead. They also recently added banner ads at the top of every puzzle page that are distracting & make the puzzle screen smaller. These changes have made this game infuriating to play so it is no longer a stress relief. I will be greatly decreasing the amount of time I play & the ads that I watch - or possibly quit playing entirely.

    I would normally give this game 5 stars, but lately some of the ads run for a minute or more and sometimes they don’t end and I have to close the game. This is unacceptable.

    I love the movies of Harry Potter along with the books. But the only concern that I have is the ads. They shouldn’t be in there in my preference. But overall the game is pretty good! But there are so many games similar to this one. Such as Royal Match, Match Kingdom, and many others. But the style is one of a kind. Thank you to the creator!!
