Instead, they keep it current but straightforward, streamlined and FUN so you can devote yourself to playing games and having fun. The one star represents after your latest upgrade. After a couple spins the wheels never stops. You have to exit the game and you lose your bet. I had 23 billion before the upgrade and now I am down to 200k. FIX THE PROBLEM (on Smoothie)

While I am well aware that this is just a game for the purpose of entertainment, I am very disappointed in the fact that I lost over 4 years of progress playing it and was forced to start over from day one. Currently I am about ten seconds from just deleting the entire game and the app. Very disappointed in that no one in your so called customer support has been able to do anything to restore my progress to this point.

Once again the game has locked up. Won’t load properly and reset me to a new player. Can’t contact support because the game is not loading properly. Would be nice if they’d post a note letting players know there’s an issue.
