I’ve been playing WWF since 2009ish. I’m appreciative that they let us keep the Classic version because WWF 2 is absolutely chaos for a person over 35. And I get that they need to monetize this version and appeal to whatever demographic with these coins and jewels and other fluff. But please give us intermittent veteran players the option to turn off the notifications… or at THE VERY LEAST SUMMARIZE THEM. Please. I literally just sat through 4+ min of “Congratulations! You’ve earned coins!” because there were 21 consecutive rewards that I apparently earned just for having a phone? I don’t even know what they’re for. Twenty. One. Makes me sort of dread opening the app after a few days off. This seems like an easy fix to just give us one little 10sec animation showing accumulated coins since the last notification. Please consider it, developers.

I was really looking forward to playing this game and it really is a fun game except for the fact that there’s way too many ads and there’s no way to purchase ad free permanently. Honestly, the developer needs to get rid of bombarding the customer with ads because honestly, this is the only thing that’s keeping me away from the game.

Love it. Usually have 20 games going. I truly wish it would show the grid foe the”highest score” for a word played. I played “tiz” and was told that Kerry played tiz for 1461 points! Would love to see how! Why, oh, why would you place the “play” button immediately beneath the available letters? I have often hit it by mistake. PLEASE put it back on the far right Why will no one respond?
  • Latest version which takes ages to give rewards is annoying

Game is great but making us watch stupid animations when getting rewards is annoying - thinking of migrating to a different word game

This has been my favorite game for 16 years, but now the many ads freeze daily, and I must reboot repeatedly.

Too many ads. Can’t advance anymore. Takes forever.
  • Two improvements needed

Please evaluate your requirement that a WiFi connection must be in Place to play the game in the age of 5G. I tried to play my friends while in a doctor’s office yesterday but was told that I needed a network connection to play, even though I was connected to a T-Mobile 5G Ultra wide capacity network connection, just not a WiFi one. So, I was able to watch television on my iPhone, but NOT play your game?! 😞. Also, PLEASE stop hiding the word wheel. Sometimes, I don’t see it anywhere when I know it should be available, only to have it pop up suddenly leaving me to play 6 or more games all at once because it’s ending soon?! Where was it hiding? My wife has experienced this too. Thanks.
  • RIDICULOUS amount of ads!

I used to love this game, played it for years, but deleting due to having to suffer through stupid ads after almost every single move! Sorry, my time is more valuable to me! Greedy and Shameful!

I’ve spoken to support numerous times. My issue is all the rewards that keep auto popping up and blocking gameplay until you “claim” them. The response I keep getting is The recent update solves the issue. Sadly it doesn’t.
  • Too Much STUFF…

I’ve played WWF for years and years and there was a time when you just had kind of the basic game without all the extra games and stuff that just muddles it up. The worst has been the addition of the stupid “trophies!” Lord have mercy! Get rid of the trophies! There’s no point to it and I despise the time it takes to continuously tap on my screen getting rid of them! The basic word game is all that’s necessary to make WWF worth having! All the extra bells and whistles are just nuisance!
