    Game tries to offer you free Tues puzzle but we get error message because there is no 9/25/2012 puzzle, it doesn’t exist. Second time this month had this problem. And it just stays on game for several days which is super annoying. Should be a better way to report your software glitches.

    Been playing this crossword for years! So fun. It’s my nighttime routine I look forward to every evening. Not too difficult, but hard enough to make it interesting instead of frustrating. Love it!

  • Freezes up and looses points

    Seems this is an ongoing problem with this app. Upon completion of a crossword, the screen freezes up and will not close/proceed. You can shut your device down or close app and reopen, but you just return to the same frozen page. Uploading game app…it opens with lost points earned and defaults back to “100” with a bogus player name.

    What is going on that you haven’t updated the app in over 2 months🤷🏼‍♀️? It always seems to glitch. Why are there so many issues with this app, just make it better already!

    Inviting friends isn’t working. They can download the app. They can do the puzzles. We can’t connect.

    I always looked forward to doing this crossword every day, but the last year it has really gone downhill. You don’t receive credit for doing the puzzles, and I can’t remember the last time I received the weekly coins. With all the other crossword options out there, I can’t recommend this one.

    Why is the see wrong always on now. If I try to turn it off like I used to it takes 20 coins. I don’t want it on!! I changed my setting to not have it on but it still is. If this continues, I’ll just delete the app. I’ve played this for years but this is a deal breaker for me. For the last few days the game has not awarded me coins. Today I should have been given 14 coins for playing and they didn’t show up in my coins. This has happened more than once when I should have been given coins. Coin problem still not fixed!
