    Love this game. Been playing for years. I had to do Letter Lock 5 times before it accepted it. Now I can’t use my blank without it turning into a letter I didn’t select. There have been minor issues over the past years but this one is really frustrating.

    The advertising is too hard to get out of two repetitions and they keep pushing gambling and other games that I’ll never have interest in . When you watch an advertisement and it says done, you click it in another one comes on then they hide the X where you can’t find it and it takes forever to get out . My friends don’t want to play because the advertising takes too long and watching an ad after every play is too much

    There is so much bloat in this game that it’s sometimes unplayable. Constant popups and ads. Challenges from people who look real but I’m certain are bots. A stupidly complex and confusing menu. The product team behind this app needs to be fired.

    This would be a good game but there is an ad after almost every move. No way to permanently remove them anymore. Seems you have to pay almost monthly. It is so annoying that I will probably delete the game.

    This is a far cry from what it used to be. Call it the words with friends casino. Also, their legendary ladder is completely rigged. I’ve played this game numerous times, and when you get to the last person all I’ve gotten is consonants for 3 rounds. Also, word palace is another scam. The whole point of this new format is to get you addicted, so that you would end up buying more coins. I advised those of you that are planning on downloading this don’t do it. This is a far cry from used to be. It’s not about having fun, but it’s about the developer trying to make a profit off of you.

    Was a favorite game, now it constantly crashes, keeps saying I’ve lost internet connection when I haven’t, so I can’t collect rewards from rewards pass and I’ve emailed support 3 times and never get a response. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works.
