    I already finished training and then had the associates display now it’s glitching between the training display and the associate display it makes it so hard to see my schedule or find out what’s going on in the app

    The app is slow because Amazon seems intent on not using any native UI components, the app feels more like a clunky web app repackaged as an iOS app. There is also the addition of “Aza” which appears to be an LLM that gave me false information on the very first use. I do not believe we should be using this technology as it has no fact checking. At the least, there needs to be a prominent disclaimer before using it.

    Amazon is one those companies that has something good and they find a way to ruin it, the new way to pick up shifts is so horrible, why do you need to sign in on the app to get more shifts

    So I know this app is for those who work at Amazon. Usually people complain about the app through “My Voice,” but I decided to do share my experience with the app here. Honestly when opening the app, the loading is getting worse and worse. There’s times where I want to pick up shifts, but do not have the opportunity to so due to how slow the app opens. I don’t understand why the app becoming slower when trying to open. Is it intentional? I don’t understand why the app is becoming slower. Unless there’s a bug that needs to be fixed. Anyways, the way the app open before the changes was more convenient.

  • Easy enough, but, can’t read my Shout-outs

    I just recently started working for Amazon, and, had to download the A-Z app. I just completed my first week, and, apparently, I received a couple of Shout-Outs from Management. Thing is, when I tap on the Shout-Out to read the message, I get a screen that says, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I tried refreshing, but I still get the same message.
