Immediately upon opening the app, the camera is so highly overexposed that it cannot see or read any QR codes or any shipping labels or anything at ALL it’s just 10000% over exposed and everything is white washed. Useless app.

I used this once for a box of toner cartridges I bought on line. The Transparency app said the product was authentic, but they turned out to be counterfeit. So it was worse than useless for me.
